摘要: A method for producing a screw-top bottle-can and a screw-top bottle-can are provided so that a screw-thread can be formed without damaging an inner coating and a resealing operation can be improved. A shoulder part is formed by reducing a diameter of an opening part of a closed-end cylindrical body, a cylindrical part having an intermediate diameter between a major thread diameter and a minor thread diameter and a tapered part which is tapered from an upper end of the cylindrical part toward an opening-end part are formed above the shoulder part, and forming a screw-thread from the tapered part to the cylindrical part so as to form a starting part of the screw-thread at a middle part of the tapered part.

摘要: Nip rollers 11 and 12 each including a pair of upper and lower rollers are disposed on an upstream side and a downstream side with a portion to be cut of an optical film F located therebetween. In the nip roller 12, a center axis C of the upper roller 12b is displaced relative to a center axis L of the drive roller 12a in a direction away from the portion to be cut. Upon cutting of the polarizing film F, the upper rollers 11b and 12b are simultaneously moved downward, so that a timing at which the downstream nip roller 12 nips the polarizing film F is delayed. Further, the nip roller 12 pulls the polarizing film F in the direction away from the portion to be cut, so that tension is applied to the polarizing film F. In this state, the polarizing film F is cut by a laser device 10.

摘要: In a bottle-shaped can manufacturing method and a bottle-shaped can, a necking process is performed on an opening portion of a cylindrical workpiece with a bottom several times to form a body, a shoulder, and a portion for forming a neck that is continuously connected to an upper end of the shoulder in the axial direction of the bottle-shaped can and extends upward, and a first convex is formed in at least one of a connection portion between the shoulder and the portion for forming the neck and a connection portion between the shoulder and the body. Then, the shoulder is pressed to the inside of the body while the first convex is recessed inward in the radial direction, thereby forming grooves in the shoulder.
