    摘要: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a plurality of pixels, each including a driving thin film transistor (TFT) formed over a substrate and including a driving gate electrode, a first storage capacitor comprising a first electrode and a second electrode, and a second storage capacitor comprising a third electrode and a fourth electrode. The first electrode is electrically connected to the driving gate electrode and the second electrode is formed over the first electrode and electrically insulated from the first electrode. The third electrode is electrically connected to the first electrode, is formed on a different layer from each of the first and second electrodes, and does not overlap the second electrode. The fourth electrode is formed over the third electrode and electrically insulated from the third electrode.

    摘要: An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixel columns, a first data wiring, a second data wiring, and a power supply wiring. The pixel columns include pixels repeatedly arranged in a first direction, and the pixel columns are repeatedly arranged in a second direction. The first and second directions are substantially perpendicular to each other. The first data wiring extends in the first direction and is connected to the pixels in an even row. The second data wiring extends in the first direction and are connected to the pixels in an odd row. The power supply wiring extends in the first direction between the first and second data wirings.

The array substrate includes a substrate divided into a display area and a peripheral area adjacent to the display area. A pixel array is formed on the substrate corresponding to the display area and receives a driving signal. A driving circuit includes a plurality of stages and is formed on the substrate corresponding to the peripheral area. Each of the stages includes a first transistor having a source electrode connected to an output terminal to output the driving signal, a channel layer formed between a gate insulating layer and the source electrode, the channel layer having an opening to facilitate contact between a portion of the gate insulating layer and the source electrode, and a capacitor defined by a gate electrode of the first transistor, the source electrode, and the gate insulating layer contacting the source electrode.
