    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel including a sensor area and a display area, where the display panel includes an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to the upper surface; and a discoloration sensor layer overlapping the sensor area, where discoloration sensor layer is disposed on one of the upper surface of the display panel and the lower surface of the display panel, and discolored when exposed to a target material. A first through portion is defined through the display panel from the upper surface to the lower surface of the display panel, and the discoloration sensor layer overlaps the first through portion.

    Abstract: An LCD device having light weight, slimness, and high luminance, includes: a display panel; a light source providing a light to the display panel; and a light guide plate including an upper surface facing the display panel, an opposing lower surface, a light incidence surface facing the light source, and a light opposing surface opposing the light incidence surface, the light guide plate including a prism area and a non-prism area on the lower surface. The light guide plate further includes a plurality of prisms arranged at the prism area along a first direction which is perpendicular to the light incidence surface, a linear portion disposed at the non-prism area and extending from the plurality of prisms, a first resin layer on the linear portion, and a second resin layer on the first resin layer, wherein the first resin layer is thinner than the second resin layer.

The first type pixel and the second type pixel are disposed adjacent to each other in a second direction.     Abstract: A hologram display device includes a light source unit, a light guide plate, a spatial light modulator, a sensing unit, and a light source driving unit. The light source unit includes a plurality of light sources and emits light when at least one of the plurality of light sources is turned on. The light guide plate converts the light emitted thereto from the light source unit to a planar light beam. The spatial light modulator spatially modulates the planar light beam to produce a hologram image. The sensing unit senses a position of a user watching the hologram image, and the light source driving unit turns on the at least one of the plurality of light sources, based on information on the position of the user obtained by the sensing unit.
