摘要: Provided herein are devices and systems for depositing a material or manufacturing a product, such as a pharmaceutical dosage form, by additive manufacturing. Further provided are methods of using the devices and systems, as well as methods of manufacturing a product, such as a pharmaceutical dosage form, by additive manufacturing. In certain embodiments, the device includes a material supply system configured to melt an pressurized a material, a pressure sensor configured to detect a pressure of the material within the device, and a control switch comprising a sealing needle operable in an open position and closed position. The sealing needle extends through a feed channel containing the material and includes a taper end, wherein the tapered end of the sealing needle engages a tapered inner surface of a nozzle to inhibit flow of the material through the nozzle when the sealing needle is in the closed position.

摘要: The present invention provides a maleimide-based copolymer, a method for producing same, and a resin composition obtained using same.
This maleimide-based copolymer contains 40-60 mass % of aromatic vinyl monomer units, 5-20 mass % of vinyl cyanide monomer units, and 35-50 mass % of maleimide monomer units, and is such that a 4 mass % tetrahydrofuran solution of the copolymer has a transmittance of 90% or more for light having a wavelength of 450 nm at an optical path length of 10 mm, and the residual maleimide-based monomer amount is less than 300 ppm. This maleimide-based copolymer preferably further contains 0-10 mass % of unsaturated dicarboxylic acid anhydride monomer units, and preferably has a glass transition temperature of 165° C. or higher.-

摘要: A method of additive manufacturing of a three-dimensional object. The method comprises: sequentially dispensing and solidifying a plurality of layers comprising (i) a stack of model layers arranged in a configured pattern corresponding to the shape of the object and being made of a modeling material, (ii) a sacrificial structure having a stack of sacrificial layers made of an elastomeric material, and (iii) a stack of intermediate layers made of a support material having an elastic modulus less than the elastomeric material and being between the stack of model layers and the sacrificial structure; and applying a peeling force to the sacrificial structure (e.g., in dry environment) to remove the sacrificial structure, and to expose the stack of model layers and/or the stack of intermediate layers beneath the sacrificial structure.

摘要: A polymer body includes a first thermoplastic polymer, and a second thermoplastic polymer. The first thermoplastic polymer and the second thermoplastic polymer form a continuous solid structure. The first thermoplastic polymer forms an external supporting structure that at least partially envelops the second thermoplastic polymer. A first flow temperature of the first thermoplastic polymer is at least 10° C. higher than a second flow temperature of the second thermoplastic polymer. The first thermoplastic polymer may be removable by exposure to a selective solvent.

摘要: A stretchable film is made of, at least as a top surface of the stretchable film, a cured product of a stretchable film material containing a silicone polyurethane resin. The top surface of the stretchable film has a repeated uneven pattern formed with depths of 0.1 μm to 2 mm and pitches of 0.1 μm to 5 mm. Thus, the present invention provides a stretchable film having excellent stretchability, with the film top surface being excellent in water repellency and free from sticking; and a method for forming the stretchable film.

摘要: A thermoplastic prepreg includes a mat, web, or fabric of fibers and hollow glass microspheres that are positioned atop the mat, web, or fabric of fibers or dispersed therein. The thermoplastic prepreg also includes a thermoplastic polymer that is fully impregnated through the mat, web, or fabric of fibers and the hollow glass microspheres so that the thermoplastic prepreg has a void content of less than 3% by volume of the thermoplastic prepreg. The thermoplastic material is polymerized monomers and oligomers in which greater than 90% by weight of the monomers or oligomers react to form the thermoplastic material.
