摘要: A light-emitting device is provided. The device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, a hole transport region between the first electrode and the emission layer, and an electron transport region between the emission layer and the second electrode. The hole transport region may include a hole transport layer, which in turn includes a first perovskite compound [A1l][B1m][X1]n with a neutral defect. A hole concentration of the first perovskite compound may be from about 1.0×1016 to about 9×1018 cm−3 at about 25° C.
