The light-emitting unit is on the thin-film transistor unit and includes a pixel electrode, an intermediate layer including an emission layer, and a counter electrode.

The cover member surrounds the exposed portion of the base substrate in a plan view of the window panel, overlaps the first light blocking layer, and has a thickness in a range from 5 nm to 500 nm. The second light blocking layer overlaps both the first light blocking layer and the cover member.
