    摘要: An organic light-emitting display device with improved light efficiency includes a plurality of pixel electrodes each corresponding one of at least a first, second, or third pixel; a pixel-defining layer covering an edge and exposing a central portion of the pixel electrodes; an intermediate layer over the pixel electrode and including an emission layer; an opposite electrode over the intermediate layer; and a lens layer over the opposite electrode and including a plurality of condensing lenses each having a circular lower surface. An area of the portion of the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel-defining layer is A, and an area of the lower surface of the condensing lens is B. For the first pixel, a ratio B/A ranges from about 1.34 to about 2.63. For the second pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.43 to about 3.00, For the third pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.30 to about 2.43.

A plurality of holes is defined in the light transmissive base, using a perforating device. Each of the plurality of holes has a diameter ranging from about 100 nm to about 5 μm. A spacing between each of the plurality of holes is about twice to about five times as large as an average diameter of each of the plurality of holes.

The display device includes a substrate and a circuit element including at least one transistor and a storage capacitor disposed on the substrate. An insulating layer is disposed on the circuit element and includes a contact hole. A first transparent electrode is disposed on the insulating layer and is electrically connected to the circuit element through the contact hole. At least one light-emitting diode is disposed on the first transparent electrode and defines the at least one emission area. The at least one light-emitting diode comprises a PN diode including inorganic semiconductor based-materials. A portion of the first transparent electrode is located in the transmission area.

    摘要: A display apparatus includes a base layer including device counterparts and bridges, the bridges being located around the device counterparts and connecting the device counterparts to each other, an inorganic insulating layer located over the base layer and having openings exposing at least a portion of at least one of the bridges, organic layers filling the openings, wires located over the organic layers, display devices located over the device counterparts, and encapsulation films each of which has a form of an island to correspond to a corresponding one of the device counterparts, each of the encapsulation films including a first inorganic encapsulation film covering a corresponding one of the display devices, an organic encapsulation film located over the first inorganic encapsulation film, and a second inorganic encapsulation film covering the organic encapsulation film and contacting the first inorganic encapsulation film outside of the organic encapsulation film.
