摘要: An organic light-emitting display device with improved light efficiency includes a plurality of pixel electrodes each corresponding one of at least a first, second, or third pixel; a pixel-defining layer covering an edge and exposing a central portion of the pixel electrodes; an intermediate layer over the pixel electrode and including an emission layer; an opposite electrode over the intermediate layer; and a lens layer over the opposite electrode and including a plurality of condensing lenses each having a circular lower surface. An area of the portion of the pixel electrode exposed by the pixel-defining layer is A, and an area of the lower surface of the condensing lens is B. For the first pixel, a ratio B/A ranges from about 1.34 to about 2.63. For the second pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.43 to about 3.00, For the third pixel, B/A ranges from about 1.30 to about 2.43.

摘要: A display apparatus includes: a substrate; a first electrode; an insulating film including an opening that extends to at least the central portion of the first electrode; a light-emitting diode disposed on the first electrode and including a first pad electrically connected to the first electrode; a reflective film disposed on the insulating film so as to cover at least a portion of an inner surface of the opening; and a light path guide layer disposed on the insulating film so as to cover at least a portion of the reflective film and including a plurality of holes or a plurality of grooves on the top surface. In one embodiment, the display apparatus improves the light extraction efficiency of the light-emitting diode.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a light scattering film, the method includes providing a light transmissive base having a film shape. A plurality of holes is defined in the light transmissive base, using a perforating device. Each of the plurality of holes has a diameter ranging from about 100 nm to about 5 μm. A spacing between each of the plurality of holes is about twice to about five times as large as an average diameter of each of the plurality of holes.

The at least one light-emitting diode comprises a PN diode including inorganic semiconductor based-materials. A portion of the first transparent electrode is located in the transmission area.
