    摘要: A display apparatus includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, and a cover panel including a window layer, an optical filter layer, a color filter layer and a bezel layer. The window layer includes a transmission region and a bezel region adjacent to the transmission region. The optical filter layer is disposed on the transmission region of the rear surface of the window layer. The color filter layer is disposed on the optical filter layer and includes a quantum dot. The bezel layer is disposed on the bezel region of the rear surface. The optical filter layer includes a partition wall layer, in which an opening is defined, a light-blocking layer disposed on the partition wall layer, and a reflection layer disposed in the opening. The bezel layer has a same color as the light-blocking layer.

    摘要: An exemplary embodiment provides a liquid crystal display including: a substrate configured to include a display area and a peripheral area; a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate; a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor; a roof layer disposed to face the pixel electrode; a capping layer disposed on the roof layer; and a blocking film disposed in the peripheral area to surround a lateral surface of the capping layer, wherein a plurality of microcavities are formed between the pixel electrode and the roof layer in the display area, and the microcavities form a liquid crystal layer including a liquid crystal material, wherein a level of a top surface of the blocking film is higher than that of a top surface of the liquid crystal layer.

    摘要: A display device may include a substrate, a first roof layer formed of a material, a second roof layer formed of the material and spaced from the substrate, and a subpixel electrode disposed between the substrate and the first roof layer. The display device may further include a common electrode member disposed between the subpixel electrode and the first roof layer. The common electrode member may overlap the first roof layer in a first direction without extending beyond the first roof layer in a second direction. The first direction may be perpendicular to a surface of the substrate. The second direction may be parallel to the surface of the substrate. The display device may further include a liquid crystal set disposed between the subpixel electrode and the common electrode member.

    摘要: A display panel includes an upper substrate to which external light is incident, a sealing member which is in a non-display area and couples the upper substrate to a lower display substrate. The upper display substrate includes: a base substrate; a light shielding layer and filter layer each corresponding to the non-display area and absorbing a portion of external light which is transmitted through the base substrate at the non-display area, the filter layer and the light shielding layer having different colors from each other. In a first non-display area of the base substrate which corresponds to the sealing member, only one among the filter layer and the light shielding layer is disposed. In a second non-display area of the base substrate which is adjacent to the first non-display area, both the filter layer and the light shielding layer are disposed.
