摘要： A liquid-crystal display device is provided. The liquid-crystal display device comprises a first substrate, a thin-film transistor disposed on the first substrate, a color filter layer disposed on the thin-film transistor, a photosensitive layer disposed on the color filter layer, and a pixel electrode disposed on the photosensitive layer and connected to the thin-film transistor via a contact hole penetrating the photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer comprises a first area overlapping the thin-film transistor, a second area overlapping the contact hole, and a third area that is the rest of the photosensitive layer except the first and second areas. The photosensitive layer has a first thickness in the first area, is opened in a center of the second area, and has a second thickness in the third area, wherein the second thickness is smaller than the first thickness.

摘要： The display device includes: a substrate; a thin-film transistor disposed on the substrate; a passivation layer covering the thin-film transistor; a capping layer disposed on the passivation layer; and a pixel electrode disposed on the capping layer and connected to the thin-film transistor, wherein a thickness of the capping layer is determined according to: d1=(λ/2)×(1/2n), where d1 denotes the thickness of the capping layer, λ denotes a wavelength within visible wavelength range, and n denotes a ratio of refractive indices of the passivation layer to the capping layer.
