摘要: A liquid-crystal display device is provided. The liquid-crystal display device comprises a first substrate, a thin-film transistor disposed on the first substrate, a color filter layer disposed on the thin-film transistor, a photosensitive layer disposed on the color filter layer, and a pixel electrode disposed on the photosensitive layer and connected to the thin-film transistor via a contact hole penetrating the photosensitive layer. The photosensitive layer comprises a first area overlapping the thin-film transistor, a second area overlapping the contact hole, and a third area that is the rest of the photosensitive layer except the first and second areas. The photosensitive layer has a first thickness in the first area, is opened in a center of the second area, and has a second thickness in the third area, wherein the second thickness is smaller than the first thickness.
