摘要： A display apparatus includes: a lower substrate; a light-emitting element on the lower substrate and including an emission layer; an upper substrate over the lower substrate with the light-emitting element therebetween; a bank on a lower surface of the upper substrate facing the lower substrate, the bank including a central opening and a peripheral opening; a functional layer in the central opening and including at least one of a color-converting material or a scatterer; and a column spacer on the bank and facing the lower substrate. A distance from an outer surface of the column spacer to an inner surface of the bank is 15 μm or more in a plan view. The inner surface of the bank defines the peripheral opening.

摘要： A color control member includes a color control layer including a quantum dot and a color filter layer on the color control layer, wherein a low refractive layer may be between the color control layer and the color filter layer. The low refractive layer includes a base resin and a plurality of sets of hollow particles dispersed in the base resin, and each of the hollow particles of each set of the sets of hollow particles may have a spherical shape. The sets of hollow particles may have respective average diameters, and a ratio of two average diameters of the respective average diameters of the sets of hollow particles is about 2:1 to about 60:1, and the low refractive layer including the hollow particles may be formed through a continuous process at a low temperature.

摘要： A display apparatus includes a backlight unit generating light and a display substrate displaying an image using the light. The display substrate includes a substrate, a first electrode, a light blocking layer, a thin film transistor, a second electrode, a liquid crystal and a color filter. The substrate includes a pixel area and a non-pixel area, the first electrode is in the pixel area, and the light blocking layer is in the non-pixel area to block the light. The thin film transistor is on the light blocking layer and electrically connected to the first electrode. The second electrode faces the first electrode, and a cavity is defined therebetween. The liquid crystal is in the cavity, the color filter is on the second electrode, and the color filter is closer to the backlight unit than the substrate.
