Abstract: Provided herein are a method performed when deactivating a packet duplication and returning to a split bearer operation and an apparatus therefor. The method comprises receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message including information related to a secondary radio link control (RLC) entity for returning to the split bearer operation among more than two RLC entities associated with a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity, wherein the secondary RLC entity belongs to a cell group different from a cell group of a primary RLC entity, and performing the split bearer operation using the primary RLC entity and the secondary RLC entity in case that the packet duplication is deactivated.

Abstract: A method performed by a terminal for handling listen before talk (LBT) failure in a wireless communication system is provided. The method comprises identifying consistent LBT failure for active uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) in a serving cell, identifying at least one UL BWP for which consistent LBT failure has not been triggered on same carrier in the serving cell, wherein the at least one UL BWP is configured with physical random access channel (PRACH) occasion, and switching the active UL BWP to an UL BWP among the at least one UL BWP.

If the received authentication key does not match with the generated authentication key, the method includes identifying the base station as a rouge base station. The authentication key can be a digital signature (DS), a Message Authentication Code-Integrity (MAC-I), and a hash of MIB/SIBs including PCI.
