Abstract: Embodiments herein achieve a method for handling a RLF in a wireless communication system by a UE. The method includes detecting the RLF at the UE associated with a first cell that is associated with a first RAT. Further, the method includes selecting a second cell, associated with a second RAT, by performing a cell selection procedure. Further, the method includes detecting that a 5GC is connected. Further, the method includes determining whether a timer is running in the UE. Further, the method includes performing an IRAT RRC re-establishment procedure on the second cell when the RLF is occurred on the first cell associated with the first RAT in response to determining that the timer is running in the UE.

A method of a base station for transmitting and receiving a synchronization signal includes performing listen-before-talk (LBT) on a channel of a terminal in an unlicensed band, and in case that the LBT succeeds within a window duration for transmitting a synchronization signal block (SSB), transmitting the SSB to the terminal, wherein the window duration includes at least one SSB burst length that is repeated in a specific period and has the specific period as a length of time, and the SSB is transmitted at a specific time within a first SSB burst length of the at least one SSB burst length.

Abstract: Embodiments herein disclose a method for executing conditional handover by a UE in a wireless communication network. The method may include receiving an RRC reconfiguration message from a source cell of the wireless communication network. The RRC reconfiguration message may include a handover configuration and determining whether a CHO configuration may be provided in the handover configuration. Further, the method may include performing one of: continuing an RLM timer and an RLM procedure on the source cell, in response to determining that the CHO configuration is provided in the handover configuration; and stopping the RLM timer and suspending the radio link monitoring procedure on the source cell, in response to determining that the CHO configuration is not provided in the handover configuration. The method may then include executing the CHO from the source cell to a candidate target cell in the wireless communication network based on the CHO configuration.

Abstract: Method and system for system information acquisition in wireless communication system. Accordingly embodiment herein achieves a method for provisioning SI to a UE in a wireless communication system. The method includes decoding a broadcast channel to obtain first system information periodically broadcasted from a base station. Further, the method includes determining whether at least one of a system information block of second system information available in the camped cell is provided based on at least one of the periodic broadcast and an on-demand basis. The on-demand basis to deliver the corresponding system information block of the second system information available in the camped cell is decided based on at least one of an indication and a flag included in the first system information for the system information block. Further, the method includes monitoring a paging channel to receive a paging message.

The data message is transmitted from the RAN node to the serving gateway based on the identifier information, and the encrypted data is generated by the UE, and the encrypted data is decrypted by the serving gateway.

The system also detects the intruder in the user data radio bearers, while a UE is operating in dual connectivity mode of operation.
