Abstract:
A meat-aging apparatus is disclosed. The meat-aging apparatus comprises: a photographing unit for photographing meat stored in the meat-aging apparatus; an illumination unit for irradiating light to the meat; a storage unit for storing recipe information for aging the meat according to the type or state of the meat; and a processor for determining the type or state of the meat on the basis of a photographed image, and controlling the illumination unit to irradiate light to the meat according to the recipe information corresponding to the determined type or state of the meat in order to age the meat.
Abstract:
A cooking apparatus is disclosed. The cooking apparatus according to one exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an inner wall for forming a cooking chamber; an outer wall for encompassing the inner wall; a microwave generating part for emitting a microwave at a passage, which is a space surrounded by the inner wall and the outer wall; and an absorbing layer absorbing the microwave to be propagated along the passage, so as to emit an infrared ray at the cooking chamber.
Abstract:
A cooking apparatus including a transmission antenna for irradiating a substance to be cooked with beamformed electromagnetic waves; a reception antenna for receiving reflected waves reflected from the substance to be cooked; and a controller for determining the temperature of the substance to be cooked corresponding to the received reflected waves on the basis of the property in which the electromagnetic waves, with which the substance to be cooked is irradiated, are reflected differently in accordance with the temperature of the substance to be cooked.
Abstract:
A color registration sensor of an image forming apparatus, and a method of detecting registration test patterns of a plurality of colors formed on a transfer medium, by using the color registration sensor. The color registration sensor detects a current generated by an electric force of a charged toner forming registration test patterns by using an electrode, as the registration test patterns of a plurality of colors formed on the transfer medium approach the color registration sensor, and detects a location of each of the registration test patterns of the plurality of colors by using a voltage signal obtained by converting the detected current.
