    Abstract: A cordless vacuum cleaner includes a cleaner main body and a station. The cleaner main body includes a battery and a first processor controlling performing a cleaning function using power of the battery. The station includes a power conversion device to generate a voltage to charge the battery of the cleaner main body, a second charge terminal to charge the battery of the cleaner main body with the voltage generated by the power conversion device, a temperature sensor installed within a distance from the second charge terminal and to detect a temperature of the second charge terminal, a divider resistor to provide a voltage by dividing of an input voltage with the temperature sensor, and a second processor controlling performing an overheating prevention operation based on a voltage level of the voltage provided by the divider resistor and the temperature sensor being greater than a threshold voltage level.

    Abstract: A neuron device is described. The neuron device is based on spontaneous polarization switching which includes a plurality of gate electrodes, a plurality of drain electrodes, a plurality of source lines, a dielectric layer, and a semiconductor layer. The gate electrodes are arranged parallel to each other. The drain electrodes are arranged parallel to each other. The source lines are arranged between the gate electrodes and the drain electrodes and parallel to each other. The dielectric layer is formed at intersections between the gate electrodes and the source lines. The semiconductor layer is formed at intersections between the drain electrodes and the source electrodes. The drain electrodes function as synapse-after-neuron linking terminals. The gate electrodes adjust an arrangement direction of electrical dipoles of the dielectric layer to control a firing time point and a firing height of the neuron device.

    Abstract: An electronic device in an example embodiment may include a communication interface configured to receive an original file, a memory, and a processor. The processor may generate bit information corresponding to uppercase and lowercase letters included in a filename of the original file. The processor may generate a case insensitive (CI) filename in which the filename of the original file is expressed by characters of a first type. The processor may encrypt the CI filename and may calculate a first hash value corresponding to the encrypted CI filename.
