Abstract:
A washing apparatus and control method where the washing apparatus comprises a door configured to open and close the entrance; a tub inside a main body; a diaphragm configured to connect the entrance with the opening; and a drum rotatably provided inside the tub. The washing apparatus includes a door washing nozzle to inject water for a first time in a first section and then to inject the water for a second time in a second section when a washing mode of the diaphragm is entered. The washing mode of the diaphragm including the first section in which the drum in a stopped state is accelerated to arrive at a first target rotation speed less than a second target rotation speed and the second section in which the drum at the first target rotation speed is accelerated to arrive at the second target rotation speed.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a washing machine and a control method thereof. The control method effectively transmits high-concentration wash liquid to laundry, while minimizing the amount of water used, through washing using bubbles, and maximizes the increase in volume of the wash liquid rubbed on the inner circumferential surface of the drum using the generation of bubbles and the rotation of the drum to raise the water level of the wash liquid without additional water.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein is a washing machine capable of realizing a circulation function and a bubble function at the same time. The washing machine includes a main body, a tub provided in the main body, a pump provided to circulate wash water into the tub, and a circulation bubble unit provided on a flowing route of the wash water flowing out from the pump, wherein the circulation bubble unit is provided to be connected with the tub, and includes a first fluid path provided so that some of the wash water flowing out from the pump is circulated into the tub, and a second fluid path provided to generate bubbles in the wash water using another some of the wash water.
Abstract:
A washing machine in which a first main heater is not driven while wash water stored in a first tub and wash water stored in a second tub are simultaneously heated, and a method of controlling the same. A washing machine includes: a first tub configured to store wash water; a first main heater configured to heat wash water stored in the first tub; a first sub heater configured to heat wash water stored in the first tub; a second tub configured to store wash water; and a second heater configured to heat wash water stored in the second tub, wherein a power consumption required to drive the first main heater is greater than a power consumption required to drive the first sub heater, and the first main heater is not driven while wash water stored in the first tube and wash water stored in the second tub are simultaneously heated.
Abstract:
A washing machine and a method for controlling the same are disclosed. The washing machine includes a plurality of washing devices, each of which includes a heater. Based on a target temperature of wash water heated by one heater of any one of the washing devices, the washing machine changes a target temperature setting environment of wash water heated by the remaining heater. The washing machine includes a first heater to heat wash water stored in a first tub, a second heater to heat wash water stored in a second tub, a control panel to provide a target temperature setting menu for setting a target temperature of the wash water stored in the first tub, and a controller to drive the first heater and the second heater. The controller changes the target temperature setting menu supplied from the control panel in response to the second target temperature.
Abstract:
A cooking apparatus including a filter which may efficiently collect gas and smoke generated in a pyro-cleaning process, and a method of controlling the same. The cooking apparatus includes a main body having a cooking chamber formed therein, a vent unit configured to discharge gas in the cooking chamber to the outside of the main body, and a filter installed in at least one of the cooking chamber and the vent unit to collect gas or smoke generated in the cooking chamber. The filter includes a metal sheet.
Abstract:
A washing control method that is capable of controlling laundry to be effectively washed with bubbles depending upon load of a washing machine. The washing control method includes supplying wash water containing detergent into a space between a lower portion of a rotary drum and a lower inner surface of a water tub; heating the wash water containing detergent; generating and supplying bubbles into the rotary drum; and washing laundry with the supplied bubbles.
Abstract:
A clothes dryer capable of providing a dry course suitable for functional clothes, and a control method thereof, the control method including selecting functional clothes as a substance accommodated in a dry tub to be dried; performing a first dry process to dry the functional clothes at a first dry temperature; and performing a second dry process to dry the functional clothes at a second dry temperature higher than the first dry temperature.
