    Abstract: A substrate testing apparatus configured to perform a hot electron analysis (HEA) test for analyzing a stand-by failure in a substrate includes a heating chuck having a first surface configured to support the substrate and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The heating chuck is configured to heat the substrate and has an aperture passing through the first surface and the second surface. A substrate moving device moves the substrate on the heating chuck in a lateral direction. A camera is under the heating chuck and photographs the substrate, which is exposed by the heating chuck aperture.

    Abstract: An electronic device and a method for controlling the electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a microphone, a memory configured to include at least one instruction, and a processor configured to execute the at least one instruction. The processor is configured to control the electronic device to perform voice recognition for an inquiry based on receiving input of a user inquiry through the microphone, and acquire a text for the inquiry, generate a plurality of inquiries for acquiring response data for the inquiry from a plurality of databases using a relation graph indicating a relation between the acquired text and data stored in the plurality of databases, acquire response data corresponding to each of the plurality of inquiries from each of the plurality of databases, and generate a response for the inquiry based on the response data acquired from each of the plurality of databases and output the response.

    Abstract: A content recommendation is provided based on a knowledge graph using, for example, a processor and memory of a device. In some embodiments, sensors are used. The content recommendation efficiently makes user of the processor, memory and/or sensors. A knowledge graph is maintained at the device and another knowledge graph may be maintained at a server. The knowledge graph at the device is generated, for example, by obtaining log history information, generating a device knowledge graph, generating a pattern knowledge graph associated with a behavior pattern of a user, and/or updating the device knowledge graph by adding the pattern knowledge graph to the device knowledge graph. In some examples, the knowledge graph at the server is generated by a server, based on the pattern knowledge graph.
