The signal transmission and reception circuit includes a coil configured to receive power wirelessly supplied from the outside or output a specific signal wirelessly, a transmission and reception control module including a signal conversion switching circuit that is connected to the coil to rectify the wirelessly supplied power or convert a signal to be output and a driver that controls a switching state of the signal conversion switching circuit, and a filter configured to convert, the signal to be output, into a specific signal.
