The signal transmission and reception circuit includes a coil configured to receive power wirelessly supplied from the outside or output a specific signal wirelessly, a transmission and reception control module including a signal conversion switching circuit that is connected to the coil to rectify the wirelessly supplied power or convert a signal to be output and a driver that controls a switching state of the signal conversion switching circuit, and a filter configured to convert, the signal to be output, into a specific signal.

An electronic device includes a battery, a power regulator electrically connected with the battery and including an input terminal and an output terminal, a connector electrically connected with the input terminal, a wireless power transmitting circuit electrically connected with the output terminal, a switch electrically connected between the connector and the wireless power transmitting circuit, and a controller configured to identify an approaching external electronic device or a wireless charging-related request, identify whether power is provided from an external power supply via the connector in response to the identification, in response to identifying that power is not provided from the external power supply, supply power from the battery via the power regulator to the wireless power transmitting circuit, and in response to identifying that power is provided from the external power supply, supply the power provided from the external power supply to the wireless power transmitting circuit via the switch.

A leakage power processing method of an electronic device including a first conductive pattern that sends and receives a communication signal associated with a communication function, a second conductive pattern that is arranged adjacent to the first conductive pattern and sends and receives a power signal used for charging, and a communication hardware interface electrically connected with the first conductive pattern is provided. The leakage power processing method includes determining, by a processor of an electronic device, whether a specific power signal is induced through the second conductive pattern and forming, by the processor of the electronic device, a closed loop including the first conductive pattern if the specific power signal of a specific magnitude or greater is induced.
