摘要： The present invention provides a device and method for allocating a bandwidth to a plurality of optical network units (ONUs) for transmitting an uplink frame in the EPON. The bandwidth allocation device includes a plurality of optical network units and an optical line terminal (OLT). The optical network units classify uplink data to be transmitted to an optical line terminal according to a predetermined priority, and transmit the classified uplink data by receiving an allocated bandwidth according to each class from the optical line terminal. The optical line terminal preferentially distributes a predetermined bandwidth for transmitting uplink frames of a highest priority class to the optical network units and then dynamically distributes a remained bandwidth form transmitting the uplink frames for remained classes.

摘要： A pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory disease or asthma comprising the extract of Decaspermum fruticosum as an active ingredient. The extract of Decaspermum fruticosum of the present invention inhibited the increase of eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of the ovalbumin induced asthma animal model, had the activity of inhibiting the secretions of immunoglobulin and chemokine (Eotaxin) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and blood, and inhibited the secretions of NO and TNF-α in macrophages. Therefore, the extract of Decaspermum fruticosum of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory disease or asthma, and of a health functional food for the prevention and improvement of inflammatory disease or asthma.

摘要： An environment-resistant module which provides both thermal and vibration isolation for a packaged micromachined or MEMS device is disclosed. A microplatform and a support structure for the microplatform provide the thermal and vibration isolation. The package is both hermetic and vacuum compatible and provides vertical feedthroughs for signal transfer. A micromachined or MEMS device transfer method is also disclosed that can handle a wide variety of individual micromachined or MEMS dies or wafers, in either a hybrid or integrated fashion. The module simultaneously provides both thermal and vibration isolation for the MEMS device using the microplatform and the support structure which may be fabricated from a thin glass wafer that is patterned to create crab-leg shaped suspension tethers or beams.

摘要： There is provided an anonymous service method of providing local linkability. The anonymous service method providing local linkability according to exemplary embodiments of the invention, an anonymous authentication operation based on a short group signature is performed, for which the concept of a local linkability is introduced to secure linkability within the same service domain. Namely, in the interior of a service provider, a virtual index having a fixed value is calculated for each service user, and in this case, although a plurality of service providers collude with each other, they cannot calculate a virtual index having the same value, whereby the linkability can be secured within the same service domain but not within the interiors of different service domains.

摘要： Disclosed is an Academy, Research Institute, and Agency (ARIA) encryption/decryption apparatus for encrypting and decrypting input data by repeating a plurality of rounds. The ARIA encryption/decryption apparatus includes a first register storing input data or an intermediate calculation value according to a first control signal; a second register storing a input round key for every round; an exclusive OR operation unit performing an exclusive OR operation on values stored in the first and second registers; a substitution unit substituting a result of the exclusive OR operation on a basis of an ARIA substitution algorithm; a diffusion unit diffusing a result of the substitution in the substitution unit on a basis of an ARIA diffusion algorithm if a current round is not a final round; and a control unit outputting the first control signal so that an output of the diffusion unit is used as the intermediate calculation value if the current round is the final round or an output of the substitution unit is used as the intermediate calculation value if the current round is the final round, and outputting an output of the exclusive OR operation unit as a result of the ARIA encryption/decryption.

摘要： An apparatus and method for computing a SHA-1 hash function value are provided. The apparatus includes a first register unit including a plurality of registers that store a first bit string of predetermined lengths for generation of a hash function value; a second register unit storing input data in units of second bit strings with predetermined lengths, and sequentially outputting the second bit strings; a third register unit performing an operation on the first bit string of the plurality of registers and the second bit strings output from the second register unit so as to generate and store a third bit string, and updating first-bit string of the plurality of registers based on the third bit string; and an adding unit combining the first bit string stored in the first register unit, the first bit string of the third bit string stored in the third register unit, and the original initial values stored in the first register unit so as to obtain a hash function value. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the size of the apparatus and stably compute a hash function value at a high speed.
