    摘要: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes forming a plurality of gate structures including a metal on a substrate having an isolation layer, forming first insulating interlayer patterns covering sidewalls of the gate structures, forming first capping layer patterns and a second capping layer pattern on the gate structures and the first insulating interlayer patterns, the first capping layer patterns covering upper faces of the gate structures, and the second capping layer pattern overlapping the isolation layer, partially removing the first insulating interlayer patterns using the first and the second capping layer patterns as etching masks to form first openings that expose portions of the substrate, forming metal silicide patterns on the portions of the substrate exposed in the forming of the first openings, and forming conductive structures on the metal silicide patterns.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method for voice communication of a mobile terminal are provided. More particularly, an apparatus and a method for clearly receiving a counterpart user's voice signal in a mobile terminal positioned at a place where a noise occurs are provided. The apparatus includes an input unit, an extension signal generator, and an adder. The input unit receives a voice signal. The extension signal generator generates, based on a voice signal received via the input unit, a harmonics signal corresponding to a frequency band that represents a reaction sensitive to a sense of hearing. The adder merges the generated harmonics signal with the received voice signal.

A depth map generation unit generates a depth map of an input image obtained by a multiple color filter aperture (MCA) camera. A channel shifting & alignment unit extractes subimages which include objects with same focal distance based on the depth map, and performing color channel alignment and removing out-of-focus blurs for each subimages obtained from the depth map. An image fusing unit fuses the subimages to generate a fully focused image.
