摘要: Provided are an apparatus and method for enhancing image quality of an input image captured by an image capturing device having an aperture with a plurality of openings employing different color filters. The image quality enhancing apparatus includes an ROI (region of interest) classifying unit classifying ROIs according to distances from the image capturing device of a captured input image by using a cluster-based image segmentation algorithm, a color channel registering unit determining motion vectors of color channels corresponding to the respective ROIs by analyzing a high frequency component of image data included in the ROIs, and moving the color channels based on the determined motion vectors to obtain a registered image of the respective ROIs, and an image fusing unit fusing the registered images of the respective ROIs to obtain a fused image.

摘要: A vertical transistor includes a semiconductor substrate provided with a pillar type active pattern over the surface thereof. A first tensile layer is formed over the semiconductor substrate and around the lower end portion of the pillar type active pattern, and a second tensile layer is formed over the upper end portion of the pillar type active pattern so that a tensile stress is applied in a vertical direction to the pillar type active pattern. A first junction region is formed within the surface of the semiconductor substrate below the first tensile layer and the pillar type active pattern. A gate is formed so as to surround at least a portion of the pillar type active pattern. A second junction region is formed within the upper end portion of the pillar type active pattern.

摘要: Provided are a navigation system and a method of recognizing a traffic lane using the same. The navigation system includes an electronic map in which information about roads and spatial data of topographical features around roads are stored, a satellite navigational device that calculates a position and a transverse point of a vehicle on the road using satellite navigation information and the road information, a radio communication unit that receives information about positions of the navigational satellites from a base station, and a lane recognition unit that calculates the number of lane-specific visible satellites and the number of real visible satellites on the basis of information about a lane position of the electronic map, spatial data of the topographical feature located at the transverse point, and the position information of the navigational satellites, and that compares the number of lane-specific visible satellites with the number of real visible satellites to recognize a lane along which the vehicle is traveling. Thus, there are no restrictions in the aspects of installation and maintenance, and accurate lane recognition is possible without an influence on the weather conditions around the road.
