摘要： An agitating device for agitating the exhaust gas of an engine includes a base plate having a plurality of through holes that are defined by radially extending spoke portions and a ring-like rim portion and are arranged in a circular pattern in a circumferential direction of the base plate, and a plurality of fins expanding from the respective spokes on a slant with respect to the base plate. The base plate is fixed in the exhaust passage by the rim portion being jointed to the exhaust passage at welded portions. The welded portions are each disposed in an area between respective two adjacent spoke portions in the circumferential direction of the base plate, and an outer edge of the rim portion positioned on the outer side of the rim portion in extending directions of the spoke portions is located next to the exhaust passage with a gap provided therebetween.

摘要： The fourth movable contact of a slide switch includes a first and a second U-shaped contact parts arranged so that opposite ends thereof are coupled to a movable contact main body to form an almost U shape and small contact points are surrounded by larger contact points. The first and the second U-shaped contact parts are slidingly moved in a direction crossing the arraying direction of the projections at the tips of the U-shaped contact parts in order to connect/disconnect the projections of the U-shaped contact points to/from a fixed contact thus tuning on/off the switch. The first and the second U-shaped contact parts have opposite ends coupled to the movable contact main body and strong in the movement in the arrow directions.

摘要： A method for manufacturing a surface acoustic wave element including: forming a conductive film on a surface of a piezoelectric substrate; forming a photoresist film on the conductive film; printing a pattern by exposing and developing the pattern, which is originally provided on a photomask, onto the photoresist film by reduced projection; forming an electrode of a surface acoustic wave element by etching the conductive film using the patterned photoresist film as a mask; measuring a resonant frequency of the surface acoustic wave element formed on the piezoelectric substrate; calculating an anodic oxidation voltage based on an amount of anodic oxidation of the electrode that is calculated in advance from the measured resonant frequency and a preset target resonant frequency; and performing anodic oxidation based on the anodic oxidation voltage calculated in the voltage calculation step and finishing anodic oxidation after detecting an end-point of oxidation reaction of the electrode.

摘要： A surface acoustic wave device is provided having a substrate made of quartz, a pair of inter digital transducer-shaped electrodes made of an aluminum layer, an electrode pad, and a pair of lattice-shaped reflectors made of the same material as the electrode. The crystal structure of the aluminum layer composing the electrode is a twin crystal structure, where crystal grains of the (−1 1 1) plane and the (0 0 2) plane and crystal grains of the (1 −1 −1) plane and the (0 0 −2) plane are in a twin crystal relationship with the (−1 1 −1) plane and the (1 −1 1) plane of aluminum as the twin boundaries. Also, the {1 1 1} plane of the aluminum layer is oriented to an 8° inclination relative to the {0 1 0} plane of quartz composing the substrate.
