摘要: Provided is a donepezil-containing transdermal absorption formulation that can sustainably administer donepezil for a long period of time, and can provide both a rapid increase in the blood level of donepezil and donepezil sustained release properties. The donepezil-containing transdermal absorption formulation is a transdermal absorption formulation produced by dissolving donepezil, which is the active ingredient, in an adhesive patch base that contains a hydrophobic polymer and an absorption promoter. The absorption promoter is one kind or two or more kinds selected from lauryl alcohol, triethyl citrate, isopropyl myristate, cetyl lactate, oleyl alcohol, sorbitan monooleate, polyethylene glycol monostearate, lauromacrogol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and triacetin.

摘要: In a film feed device using a film having two perforations per frame, a perforation width and a perforation interval which are detected by one perforation sensor during a film feed operation are measured as times by timers in a microcomputer or as film moving amounts by a perforation detection circuit. When the time or the film moving amount measured as this perforation interval is less than the value obtained by multiplying the perforation width by a predetermined value, the film feed operation is stopped by a motor driving circuit and a motor. With this operation, even if the film position deviates from a predetermined position at the start of a film feed operation, the film can be accurately aligned with a correct position by using one perforation sensor.

摘要: Disclosed is a frame-supported pellicle, which is an integral body consisting of a rigid frame and a transparent plastic film adhesively bonded to one end surface of the frame in a slack-free fashion, for dustproof protection of a photomask used in a photolithographic patterning work in the manufacture of fine electronic devices such as LSIs and liquid crystal display panels. The frame-supported pellicle is prepared by bonding the frame and plastic film with an adhesive having a glass transition temperature substantially lower than that of the polymeric resin forming the film and the adhesive bonding work is performed at a temperature higher than the glass transition temperature of the adhesive but lower than that of the polymeric resin of the film so that excellent adhesive bonding strength can be obtained between the frame and the resin film still without causing any adverse influences on the resin film such as distortion and crease formation.
