    摘要: This invention relates to a process for recovering tungsten from an alkaline leaching solution of tungsten ores. This invention comprises adjusting the pH of an alkaline leaching solution which is obtained by lixiviating ore containing tungsten with an alkaline solution to 7-8 with acid to oxidize molybdic acid ions in the solution, adding a sulfide donor, then precipitating molybdenum sulfide compounds by adjusting the pH value of the solution to 2-3, and recovering tungstic acid ions as calcium tungstate by the addition of a calcium ion donor after the molybdenum sulfide compounds are separated.

    摘要: A method of manufacturing a filter element comprises the steps of mechanically crushing two grades or more of a heat resistive synthetic resin material, the grades having different melt flow indices, respectively, the heat resistive synthetic resin material being selected from the group consisting of polysulfone, polyethersulfone and polyphenylenesulfide or containing said selected heat resistive synthetic resin as a main constituent, mixing them with one grade of them being 20 to 80 wt %, sintering the mixture in a metal mold at a melt temperature thereof plus or minus 10.degree. C. when the mixture is crystalline resin or at a temperature in a range from glass transition temperature thereof up to the glass transition temperature plus 40.degree. C. when the mixture is non-crystalline resin to form a shaped product having intercommunicating porosity, spraying surfaces of the shaped product with a mixture in liquid suspension of polytetrafluoroethylene particles, adhesive comprising thermosetting synthetic resin, and water and solidifying the suspension by heating. In order to improve the wetting of polytetrafluoroethylene with water, ethyl alcohol may be added to the suspension medium.

    摘要: An apparatus for classifying particulate material with air currents wherein the particulate material containing various kinds of particles of different sizes is conveyed with air currents and the particles are given with forces of inertia differing from one another depending on particle size, including a supply port for supplying the particulate material to be classified, an air current inlet port for introducing into the apparatus an air current of high flow velocity located in the vicinity of the particulate material supply port, air current inlet ports for introducing into the apparatus other air current of lower flow velocity than the air current of high flow velocity, a main passage formed in the apparatus communicated with the particulate material supply port and the air current inlet ports, and a subsidiary passage branching from the main passage located at the side of the apparatus at which one of the air currents of low flow velocity flows. This flow of air current of low flow velocity constitutes a flow adjusting air current layer interposed between walls defining the main and subsidiary passages and the particulate material conveyed by the air currents for preventing the flow of the particulate material from being disturbed by a vortical air flow occurring along the walls defining the main and subsidiary passages.

    摘要: A filter element, including a pair of filter plates that are each made of a nonwoven fabric or felt of a polymeric material shaped into a plate having a corrugated cross section and which are positioned in such a way that the grooves in one filter plate are opposed to those in the other filter plate, is reinforced with reinforcements that are placed across the width of the filter element. The reinforcements and the filter element are secured at their respective ends by means of bolts. The reinforcements are similar in cross-sectional shape so that they can circumscribe the corrugated cross section of the filter plates such that a pair of the reinforcements can hold the filter element therebetween.
