    摘要: The present invention provides a novel method of producing a recombinant bacterium for production of a non-natural protein, including: (1) expressing tRNA in a bacterium, which tRNA recognizes UAG codon; (2) expressing an aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase in the bacterium, which aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase acylates the tRNA with a non-natural amino acid or an α-hydroxy acid; (3) (i) introducing a DNA construct into the bacterium, which DNA construct is for expressing, in the absence of a release factor for terminating translation at UAG codon, a function of at least one gene selected from the group consisting of genes each of which loses its function when a gene that codes for the release factor is defective and/or introducing an alteration into said at least one gene in a chromosome of the bacterium, which alteration is for expressing the function of said at least one gene in the absence of the release factor; and (4) causing the gene that codes for the release factor in the bacterium to be defective.

    摘要: A computer converts elements of a mail message, neither requiring prior manual registration of conversion process details, nor increasing complexity of the system. When a mail message arrives at this computer, an analysis record registration unit produces an analysis record that gives its sender's identifier and a source mailer type and stores it in an analysis record database. Based on the identifiers found in such analysis records, destination mailer type of each received mail message is determined. A conversion database stores conversion data specifying a conversion process corresponding to each specific combination of sender and recipient mailer types. A search unit retrieves conversion data that matches with the combination of source and destination mailer types of the received message. If a match is found for that combination, a converter converts the mail message according to a conversion process specified by the retrieved conversion data.

The curing agent or the cure accelerating agent obtained by treating the surfaces of (1) an epoxy adduct obtained by adding a nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compound, an aliphatic amine or an aromatic amine to an epoxy compound having one, two or more epoxy groups in one molecule, with (2) a boric acid compound or (3) a boric acid compound and a phenolic compound, exhibits high curing property and storage stability, and can be favorably used as a curing agent for the epoxy resin composition. The epoxy resin composition prepared by mixing the epoxy resin with (1) and (2) or (1) and (3), exhibits excellent curing property and storage stability.
