The contraction members (71, 72, and 73) are provided in a predetermined area in the circumferential direction excluding penetrating portions (74, 75, and 76), which do not disturb the flow of cooling air, thereby enabling to suppress generation of carbon monoxide and the like and to suppress the occurrence of unstable combustion.
