摘要: A belt pulley arrangement with a belt pulley that is fastenable to rotate on a shaft, a torsion spring arranged within the belt pulley for enabling a transmission of torque between the belt pulley and shaft. The torsion spring acts with one end against the shaft and with an other end against the belt pulley. A looped flat spiral spring is arranged radially between the belt pulley and the torsion spring and acting as a free-running clutch. The torsion spring is arranged on one of its axial ends in a first sleeve that is connected so that it can rotate with a radial inner lateral surface of the belt pulley. The looped flat spiral spring is arranged radially between the first sleeve and the torsion spring, and contacts, in its extended state, at least in some sections on the inner lateral surfaces of the first sleeve and belt pulley.

摘要: A belt pulley decoupler is provided for transmitting drive torque from belts of an auxiliary unit belt drive to the shaft of one of the auxiliary units, including: a belt pulley, a hub secured to the shaft, and a series circuit arranged in the drive torque flow between the belt pulley and the hub and including a decoupler spring and a wrap-around band that extends in the direction of the rotational axis of the belt pulley decoupler and is arranged radially between the belt pulley and the decoupler spring. Both ends of the wrap-around band open out radially when the drive torque is transmitted, the first end of the wrap-around band is braced against the inner surface of a first sleeve rotationally fixed in the belt pulley, and the second end of the wrap-around band is braced against the inner surface of a second sleeve rotationally mounted in the first sleeve.

摘要: A decoupler is provided for rotationally driving a generator of an auxiliary-unit belt drive of an internal combustion engine, including: a pulley, a hub, and two bearing points, at which the pulley is rotatably supported on the hub, a series arrangement of a helical torsion spring and a one-way clutch, which allows the hub to overtake the pulley, and a spring plate, which is rotationally fixed in relation to the pulley or the hub, for the one spring end and a spring plate, which can be rotated in relation to the pulley and the hub, for the other spring end. The spring ends, which lie against ramp steps of the spring plates, radially expand the helical torsion spring as the driving torque is transmitted. The frictional torque, produced in one of the bearing points when the hub is overtaking, acts on the rotatable spring plate in a direction of rotation of the rotationally fixed spring plate. The other bearing point, according to the invention, has a part that is rotationally fixed in relation to the rotationally fixed spring plate, on which part the rotatable spring plate is supported, a further frictional torque thus being produced, which acts on the rotatable spring plate in the direction of rotation of the rotationally fixed spring plate.
