    摘要: The current application discloses methods and systems to analyze on-site and in real-time or quasi real-time the composition of the well fluid before or during use or disposition. The method is based on capillary electrophoresis (CE) and does not require the addition of tracers into the well fluid or additive. Based on the significance of each additive on the well fluid properties, it can be decided to determine the concentration of all additives or only one or a limited number of the additives present in the fluid, and the concentrations can be adjusted as needed to reach the desired target concentration(s).

    摘要: A well cementing composition comprises water, an inorganic cement, a gas generating agent and a gas stabilizer. The gas generating agent may contain materials that release hydrogen gas, carbon dioxide gas or nitrogen gas or combinations thereof. The gas stabilizer comprises an aqueous mixture comprising polyglycols, oxyalkylates and methanol, or coco trimethyl ammonium chloride, or a mixture comprising ammonium fatty alcohol ether sulfate and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, or combinations thereof. When used to cement a subterranean well, the compositions improve the compressive strength, increase the rate at which compressive strength develops, preserve cement homogeneity, or enhance cement expansion or a combination thereof.

    摘要: A computer simulator predicts the performance of neat Portland cement systems, or Portland cement systems containing supplementary cementing materials (SCM). Parameters to be entered into the simulator include the cement blend composition, the Bogue composition of the Portland cement, the Blaine surface area of the Portland cement, the absolute density of the Portland cement, the SCM densities, the SCM chemical activity indices, the curing-temperature profile and the curing-pressure profile. The predictions may be verified by laboratory testing before using the cement system during a cementing treatment.
