摘要: Pumpable slurry compositions comprising at least one aluminosilicate additive and optional pozzolanic cement additives and methods for improving development of compressive strengths in the pumpable cement slurry compositions are disclosed herein. The methods utilize one or more pumpable cement slurry compositions comprising at least one cement component, water, at least one first aluminosilicate additive, at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive, and one or more optional pozzolanic additives, wherein the at least one first aluminosilicate additive has an amorphous phase of greater than about 50% and a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.0 to about 2.5, and the at least one optional second aluminosilicate additive has a weight ratio of silica oxide to aluminum oxide of about 1.7 to about 3.3.

摘要: Disclosed herein are settable compositions and methods of using settable compositions in a wellbore. In one embodiment a method of introducing a settable composition into a wellbore is described. The method comprises providing a settable composition comprising pumice, hydrated lime, a set retarder, and water. Introducing the settable composition into a wellbore. Allowing the settable composition to remain static in the wellbore, wherein the settable composition remains in a pumpable fluid state for a period of about 1 day or longer while static in the wellbore.

摘要: An embodiment comprises a method of treating a subterranean formation comprising: providing a treatment fluid comprising a kiln dust, biowaste ash, and water; and introducing the treatment fluid into a subterranean formation. Another embodiment comprises a method of cementing comprising: introducing a cement composition into a subterranean formation, wherein the cement composition comprises a kiln dust, biowaste ash, and water; and allowing the cement composition to set in the subterranean formation. Yet another embodiment comprises a method comprising: providing a spacer fluid comprising biowaste ash and water; introducing the spacer fluid into a well bore to displace at least a portion of a first fluid from the well bore; and introducing a cement composition into the well bore, wherein the spacer fluid separates the cement composition and the first fluid.

摘要: A ceramic honeycomb body having intersecting walls that form channels extending axially from a first end face to a second end face and plugs to seal the channels at least at one of the first end face and the second end face. The plugs include a first active component, such as a catalytically active component or a chemically active component, of the plug structure, wherein the intersecting walls comprise no first active component and optionally have a second active component of the wall structure or disposed on the walls. Included are methods of making the ceramic honeycomb body having plugs of the first active component and walls with no first active component.

摘要: A process for producing a ceramic catalyst involves the steps of: a) providing functional particles having a catalytically inactive pore former as a support surrounded by a layer of a catalytically active material, b) processing the functional particles with inorganic particles to form a catalytic composition, c) treating the catalytic composition thermally to form a ceramic catalyst, wherein the ceramic catalyst comprises at least porous catalytically inactive cells which are formed by the pore formers in the functional particles, which are embedded in a matrix comprising the inorganic particles, which form a porous structure and which are at least partly surrounded by an active interface layer comprising the catalytically active material of the layer of the functional particles. An SCR catalyst produced in by this method has an improved NOx conversion rate compared to a conventionally produced SCR catalyst.

摘要: A cement slurry suitable for use in the presence of high salt concentrations may include a base fluid and dry components that include: a cementitious material, a pozzolanic material, a salt additive, and a salt-tolerant fluid loss additive. The salt-tolerant fluid loss additive may be at least one of the following zwitterionic polymers: (1) a copolymer of at least one anionic monomer and at least one cationic monomer, (2) a copolymer of at least one anionic monomer, at least one cationic monomer, and at least one zwitterionic monomer, (3) a homopolymer of a zwitterionic monomer, or (4) a copolymer of at least one zwitterionic monomer.
