摘要: The present invention relates to a tank for holding a cryogenic liquid. According to the present invention, there is provided a light and durable tank which is airtight even at cryogenic temperatures without generating cracks. The tank includes: a pressure-resistant layer having an inner shell and an outer shell; and an airtight resin layer on an inner surface of the inner shell, wherein the inner shell is comprised of a fiber-reinforced resin composite which can withstand temperatures above the melting point of the airtight resin layer, and the outer shell is comprised of another fiber-reinforced resin composite which can be cured at a temperature below the melting point of the airtight resin layer.

摘要: A pressure-resistant container has a peripheral part of an inner shell opening attached to a mouth ring end surface inside of the container to cover the mouth ring. The pressure-resistant container has a cylindrical pressing member screwed into an inner peripheral surface of the mouth ring, an inner peripheral surface of the mouth ring extends between the inner shell and the pressing member, a first seal peripherally contacts the inner shell and the pressing member, a valve having a screw part screws into the mouth ring more outside of the container than the pressing member and an inner end part which is inserted in the hole part of the pressing member and a second seal to seal between an outer peripheral surface of the inner end part and an inner peripheral surface of the pressing member. A third seal is also provided.

摘要: In a pressure-resistant container 1, a peripheral part 3a of an opening 3d of an inner shell 3 is attached to an end surface of a mouth ring 4 at an inside of the container so as to cover thereof. Further, the pressure-resistant container 1 comprises a cylindrical pressing member 5 which is screwed into an inner peripheral surface 4b of the mount ring 4, an inner peripheral surface b (FIG. 3) of the mouth ring 4 which exposes between the inner shell 3 and the pressing member 5, a first seal (an O-ring 10 and an liquid sealant 11a) which peripherally contacts with the inner shell and the pressing member, a valve 6 having a screw part 6b which screws into an inner periphery 4c of the mouth ring at outside of the container than the pressing member and an inner end part 6c which is inserted in the hole part of the pressing member and a second seal (an O-ring 12) to seal between an outer peripheral surface of the inner end part 6c and an inner peripheral surface of the pressing member. Further, the pressure-resistant container 1 comprises a third seal (an O-ring 13).
