Furthermore, in at least a display portion of the display panel placed on the lower side, an aperture ratio of the pixel overlapping with the region transmitting visible light of the display panel on the upper side is higher than an aperture ratio of another pixel.

The use of an OS transistor in the envelope detection circuit can inhibit an increase in circuit area.
