    摘要: Provided is a method of fabricating an organic field effect transistor (OFET). The method includes: forming an OFET pattern on a substrate, the OFET pattern having a gate electrode, a dielectric layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, and an organic semiconductor layer; attaching a junction layer covered with a predetermined adhesive on the entire surface of the source and drain electrodes and the organic semiconductor layer and isolating the OFET pattern from the substrate; and transferring the isolated OFET pattern onto a plastic substrate that is prepared beforehand. In this method, the OFET pattern can be deposited without the temperature limit, the dielectric layer can be formed using a wide variety of materials, and the OFET pattern can be transferred in a very simple manner. Also, the junction layer functions as a passivation layer for protecting the organic semiconductor layer from external air and moisture so that the organic semiconductor layer can keep good performance for a long time.

    摘要: Provided is a method of integrating an organic light emitting diode (OLED) and an organic field effect transistor (OFET) including: preparing an organic field effect transistor including at least one first electrode and an organic semiconductor on a first substrate; preparing an organic light emitting diode including at least one second electrode and an organic emission layer on a second substrate; disposing the OFET and the OLED to make the first and second electrodes opposite to each other; inserting an insulating layer, to which a predetermined metal contact line for electrically connecting the first and second electrodes is securely fixed, between the OFET and the OLED; and adhering the OFET and the OLED to integrate them as one device, whereby it is possible to effectively perform active driving, to extend a lifetime due to a high aperture ratio, and to produce the device using a simple process at a low cost.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a conductive organic thin film device. An air-bridge type of an upper electrode is formed over a lower electrode by using a sacrificial layer and then a gap having a thickness of several nano meter is formed in a part at which the upper electrode and the lower electrode intersect by removing the sacrificial layer. The conductive organic molecules are uniformly adsorbed between the upper electrode and the lower electrode of the nano gap. Adsorption extent of the conductive organic molecules is confirmed by observing a current flowing through the upper and lower electrodes when the conductive organic molecules are adsorbed. Thus, reproducibility of a manufacturing process is improved and mass production is facilitated by adoption of a standardized process.

    摘要: According to approach for printing policy-enabled electronic documents, when a locked print module determines that an electronic document contained in the PDF print data is a policy-enabled electronic document, the locked print module causes the PDF print data to be stored on the printing device and not immediately processed for printing. A PDF-to-postscript conversion module generates and stores in a common data structure in the shared memory a request for security data for the PDF print data. A policy client module retrieves the request from the common data structure in the shared memory, obtains security data for the PDF print data from a policy server, and stores the security data in the common data structure in the shared memory. The PDF-to-postscript conversion module uses the security data to decrypt the PDF print data and then converts the decrypted PDF print data into postscript data for printing by the printing device.

    摘要: A printing device includes a user interface, a print module and a locked print module. The locked print module is configured to examine a plurality of print data received by the printing device to determine whether locked printing is specified for any electronic documents contained in the plurality of print data. If locked printing is specified for any of the electronic documents contained in the plurality of print data, then the corresponding print data is stored on the printing device and not processed for printing. The locked print module is further configured to verify password data with respect to user identification data. If the password data is not successfully verified with respect to the user identification data, then the locked print module causes print data that is both stored on the printing device and associated with the user identification data to be deleted from the printing device.

The application program allows a user to generate an electronic document. The print driver corresponds to a particular printing device and is configured to cause a graphical user interface to be displayed on the user interface. The graphical user interface allows a user to specify one or more access policies to be applied to the electronic document. The print driver is configured to generate print data that includes a plurality of print commands which, when processed by the particular printing device, cause a printed version of the electronic document to be generated at the printing device. The print data includes data that indicates the one or more attributes of the one or more access policies that are to be applied to the electronic document.
