    Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes a liquid crystal panel and a collimated exit light backlight module. The liquid crystal panel includes a CF substrate, an array substrate, and a liquid crystal layer. The CF substrate has an upper surface on which an upper polarizer film is arranged. The array substrate has a lower surface on which a lower polarizer film is arranged. The upper polarizer film includes a view angle diffusion film arranged thereon. The collimated exit light backlight module includes two backlight sources, a metallic grating reflector plate, a wire grid polarizer, and an optic film assembly. The two backlight sources, the metallic grating reflector plate, and the wire grid polarizer collectively define a light guide chamber. The liquid crystal display device greatly improves light transmittance and light extraction efficiency and also effectively overcomes the issue of color deviation at a large view angle.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards. Each first coupling axle includes a first base from which a first extension section extends. The first extension section forms first flexible engagement keys. The base board forms first receiving sections corresponding to the first bases and also forming first track channels corresponding to the first extension sections. Each first track channel forms therein first retention slots corresponding to the first flexible engagement keys. The first bases are movably received in the first receiving slots. The first flexible engagement keys are receivable in the first retention slots to retain the first coupling axles in the base board. The first extension sections have ends fixed in the first secondary boards.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a backplate comprising a sheet metal member with a hollow structure and an aluminum extrusion heatsink connected to the end of the sheet metal member. This aluminum extrusion heatsink includes a lateral light source connection portion provided with a light source and a sheet metal member connection portion connected to the lateral light source connection portion, wherein the latter is in contact with the sheet metal member. The aluminum extrusion heatsink further includes two heat-dissipation extension portions respectively arranged at both ends of the sheet metal member connection portion and extending in a length direction of the sheet metal member. Herein, the heat-dissipation extension portion at both ends of the aluminum extrusion heatsink can enhance the heat dissipation effect at the corner region. When the backplate is applied to a liquid crystal display device, it can reduce the stress concentration degree at the corner region thereof.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module, which includes: a backplane (2), a light guide plate (4) arranged in the backplane (2), a backlight source (6) arranged in the backplane (2) and located at one side of the light guide plate (4), a quantum dot rail (8) arranged between the backlight source (6) and the light guide plate (4), and a retention rack (10) that retains the quantum dot rail (8). The retention rack (10) is fixedly mounted to the backplane (2). The retention rack (10) includes a trough section (102) formed therein to correspond to the quantum dot rail (8). One side of the quantum dot rail (8) is mounted in the trough section (102) through adhesion. The backlight module according to the present invention includes a retention rack arranged therein to fixedly mount the quantum dot rail between the backlight source and the light guide plate of the backlight module so as to effectively enhance color saturation of the backlight module. The retention member has a simple structure and a low cost and can effectively protect the quantum dot rail to prevent undesired rotation and damage of the quantum dot rail caused by external forces.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a pallet, which includes a base board and first secondary boards movably coupled to two opposite sides of the base board, and first coupling axles connecting between the base board and the first secondary boards.     Abstract: The present invention provides a package box of liquid crystal glass, which includes a box body, a plurality of mounting sections arranged in the box body, and cushioning devices mounted to the mounting sections. The cushioning devices each include a cushioning section, a retention section connected to the cushioning section, and a projection. The mounting sections each include a first receiving channel and a through hole respectively corresponding to the retention section and the projection of the respective cushioning device. The retention sections are respectively received in the first receiving channels and the projections are respectively fit into the through hole so as to fix the cushioning devices inside the box body.     Abstract: The present invention provides a package cushioning structure for module, which includes a cushioning bottom board and a cushioning band extending through and interlaced with the cushioning bottom board. The cushioning bottom board forms a plurality of spaced hollow sections. A bar is arranged between every two of the hollow sections. The cushioning band includes a plurality of cushioning air columns mounted thereto at interval. The cushioning air columns are arranged alternately on the bars. To package, modules are each positioned on and born by each of the bars between two of the cushioning air columns. An alternate package cushioning structure includes a cushioning bottom board having a surface forming slots and a cushioning band arranged in the cushioning bottom board through a mounting channel extending through the bottom board from a side surface thereof. Air columns of the cushioning band are located in the slots to support modules.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal glass package box, which includes a box body, a plurality of mounting sections mounted inside the box body, and cushioning devices respectively mounted to the mounting sections. The cushioning devices each include a cushioning section and a receiving section connected to the cushioning section. The cushioning section includes an air pocket. The receiving section forms a receiving channel corresponding to the respective mounting section in order to mount the cushioning device in the box body. The liquid crystal glass package box provided by the present invention uses an air pocket to serve as a cushioning section mounted inside the box body to provide effective cushioning to liquid crystal glass for protecting the liquid crystal glass from damage during shipping.
