    摘要: The invention is directed to a connection structure that can minimize the formation of cracks of a connector or leakage of liquid. In the structure, a female thread (34) formed on the inner peripheral surface of lock ring (28) in a male connector (22) engages a male thread (25) on the outer peripheral surface of a female connector (21) when the male connector and the female connector are screwed to each other. Further, protrusion strips (26a), (26b) are formed on the rear side portion of the male thread on the outer peripheral surface of female connector, and notches (35a), (35b) that can engage with said protrusion strips are set on the tip portion of lock ring (28). As a result, when the male thread and the female thread are screwed to each other, the screwed state is appropriate when protrusion strips and notches are engaged with each other.

    摘要: Certain embodiments of the present invention include a male luer connector having a valve arrangement for keeping a passage that extends through the male luer connector closed when the male luer connector is not attached to a corresponding female luer connector. This passage of the male luer connector may opened by connecting the male luer connector to a female luer connector. The valve arrangement of the male luer connector may include a movable sealing element arranged around a central fluid conduit. In some embodiments, the male luer connector may include a filter that is permeable to gas, but substantially impermeable to liquid, thus allowing gas to be purged from the male luer connector while substantially preventing liquid from leaking from the connector at least when the male luer connector is not connected to a female luer connector.

A valve body of the stopcock comprises a nearly spherical valve main body and a rod-shaped operating part with a guide hole linking the inner surface of the chamber part to the outside. In operation, the rod-shaped operating part is moved along the guide hole through the use of the horizontal flow passages and the vertical flow passage to allow the predetermined branch-tubes out of the upstream branch-tube, the downstream branch-tube and the merge-branch-tube to communicate with one another or to shut-off the communication.

Each port is fluidly couplable with the internal chamber. A valve may be mounted within the internal chamber of the main body and is adapted for rotational movement between a blocking position interrupting fluid flow between the confluent port and one of the upstream port and the downstream port and between the upstream port and the downstream port, and a flow position permitting fluid flow between the upstream port and the downstream port. A manually manipulative member is mounted relative to the main body and operatively connected to the valve. The manipulative member is movable to cause corresponding movement of the valve between the blocking position and the flow position.

A slit (49) is furnished in valve body (40) of three-way stopcock (100). During luer access and luer removal, first and second moving parts (M1and (M2) to the left and right of slit (49) enter and withdraw from first and second valve body accommodating chambers (51) and (52), respectively. First and second valve body accommodating chambers (51) and (52) are formed outside of channel space (S), so the operation whereby first and second moving parts (M1) and (M2) enter and withdraw during luer access and luer removal does not affect the change in volume of channel space (S) and negative pressure can be prevented from occurring in channel space (S) by the aforementioned entry and withdrawal.
