摘要: It is an object of the invention to provide a pulse generation circuit and a modulator for realizing a high On/Off ratio in a small circuit scale and with lower power consumption. A short pulse generation circuit according to the invention includes an oscillator 101, a control signal generation circuit 102, an intermittent frequency multiplier 103, a filter 104, and an output terminal 105. The oscillator 101 and the intermittent frequency multiplier 103 are active circuits implemented as active elements. A continuous signal is output from the oscillator 101 and is input to the intermittent frequency multiplier 103 and the intermittent frequency multiplier 103 intermittently operates according to a control signal output from the control signal generation circuit 102, thereby generating a short pulse signal, and a spurious component is removed through the filter.

In a differential oscillation apparatus according to the present invention which includes a differential oscillator portion 103 having an external input terminal at a terminal of one transistor 105 and a switch circuit 104, a first control signal generation circuit 101 for generating a first control signal to control an oscillation start and an oscillation stop of the differential oscillator portion 103, and a second control signal generation circuit 102 for generating a second control signal input into the terminal of one transistor 105 of the differential oscillator portion 103, when a phase relationship between collector currents flowing through two transistors 105, 106 is decided by the second control signal, output signals being output from two output terminals are opposite in phase from a start time of an oscillation.

摘要: There is provided a small-size, low-power-consumption intermittent operation circuit capable of obtaining an output waveform having a rapid rise and fall. The intermittent operation circuit includes an active circuit (106), a first control signal generation circuit (101) for generating a first control signal (S1) for controlling the operation start and the operation end of the active circuit (106), a second control signal generation circuit (102) for generating a second control signal (S2) causing the active circuit (106) to perform ringing vibration and controlling the frequency and the amplitude value of the ringing vibration, and a timing adjusting circuit (103) for adjusting the input timing of the first and the second control signal (S1, S2) into the active circuit (106) so that the ringing vibration and the safety vibration are outputted continuously from the active circuit (106).

摘要: Provided is a pulse modulation circuit capable of generating a pulse modulation signal with a steep rise and a desired pulse width at a desired timing not depending on a transmission signal sequence. In this circuit, a control signal generation unit (110) generates a first control signal if transmission data (S11) is “1” and a second control signal if the transmission data (S11) is “0.” The control signal generation unit (110) controls an oscillator (1200) of an intermittently operating circuit (120) to be at an oscillation state for outputting a desired first oscillation signal while the first control signal is turned ON and controls the oscillator (1200) to be at an idling state for outputting a second oscillation signal having a lower amplitude than the first oscillation signal while the second control signal is turned ON.
