摘要： A cleaner for cleaning the nozzle portion of a powder filling apparatus for filling a container with powder by equally evacuating the inside and the outside of the container, and dropping powder through the nozzle portion into the container simultaneously with raising the pressure outside the container is provided. The cleaner includes a cleaning head having a cleaning chamber therein for enclosing the nozzle portion airtightly when the cleaning head is fitted to the nozzle portion; a gas passage disposed in the cleaner head for allowing compressed air to flow therethrough so as to spurt the compressed air to the nozzle portion; and an exhaust passage for allowing powder flowing down in the cleaning chamber together with the compressed air spurted to the nozzle portion to be discharged together with the compressed air.

摘要： A powder filling apparatus for filling a container with powder is provided. In the powder filling apparatus, a bottle is carried into a plurality of work units moving around successively. While the work units move to work stations disposed in a circumferential direction successively, the bottle is filled with powder by equally evacuating the inside and the outside of the container and dropping powder into the container simultaneously with raising the pressure outside the container. The bottle filled with powder is then taken out from the work units successively while the work units move around.

摘要： A powder charging apparatus includes a low pressure chamber for accommodating a container to be charged with powder. The low pressure chamber is separable into an upper section and a lower section. A pressure reducer reduces the pressures in the low pressure chamber and the container at the same time. A pressure riser increases the pressure in the low pressure chamber. A powder supplier allows a predetermined quantity of powder to fall into the container under a difference in the pressures between inside and outside the container. The powder supplier includes a hopper having an outlet port. The container has an inlet neck portion engageable with a nozzle secured to the low pressure chamber. The nozzle is connected to the outlet port of the hopper. A buffering member is disposed at a space from the nozzle.

摘要： A manufacturing method and a manufacturing apparatus of a fiber reinforced composite material are provided, in which the whole fiber-based material is impregnated with a resin and a molding can be performed with high dimensional accuracy. A manufacturing method of a fiber reinforced composite material according to the present invention includes fixing a fiber-based material having a first surface to a first mold to provide an opening for the first surface; setting a second mold having a second surface such that the first surface faces the second surface through a space; filling resin into the space; and relatively moving the second mold and the first mold to bring the second surface closer to the first surface, such that the fiber-based material is impregnated with the resin.

摘要： A manufacturing method of composite material member includes a step of shaping a laminate including laminated prepreg sheets along a mold. The laminate includes a first layer in which fibers are oriented in single direction. In the first layer, a first surface crossing the single direction and a second surface crossing the single direction are confronted each other such that the first surface and the second surface face each other. Since the fibers are discontinuous between the first surface and the second surface, the laminate is easily shaped and wrinkles are hard to be generated in a composite material member to be manufactured from the laminate.

An object of the invention is to provide a method of molding a composite material structural member that is capable of suppressing fiber creasing even for very long shapes having non-developable surfaces, and also to provide a composite material structural member.When pressing a prepreg laminate against a molding die, the method comprises a preparation step of preparing a prepreg laminate for molding by laminating a plurality of prepregs with different fiber orientations into a flat plate shape, and a pressure application step of pressing the prepreg laminate for molding prepared in the preparation step against the molding die, and in the preparation step, a specified prepreg having a fiber orientation that coincides with, or is close to, the direction of creasing occurrence is split, either within the region of creasing occurrence or in the vicinity thereof, along a direction that is effective in inhibiting creasing occurrence, and the split prepreg is then used in preparing the prepreg laminate.

摘要： Textile structures for producing structural members such as reinforced spars of composite material and a method for producing the textile structures. In the textile structure at least two textile planar members, or plates, are integrally joined together by textile filaments such that the planes of the members intersect each other, at least one member being formed of layers of textile filaments which extend obliquely in at least two directions in a brace fashion with respect to the longitudinal and transverse directions of the member while the remaining members are each formed of layers of textile filaments extending along the longitudinal, transverse and vertical directions of the member.The textile structures are made by disposing filament guide members of required length in a vertical direction according to a desired configuration and design density of the structures and laying out textile filaments among said filament guide members so that they move longitudinally, transversely or orthogonally to form a plurality of textile planar members. The members are joined together by extracting the filament guide members and inserting filaments in the spaces vacated by the filament guide members.
