The photographic material contais fine solid particles of a compound represented by a formula ofA=L.sub.1 -L.sub.2 =L.sub.3).sub.m Bwherein A represents an acidic mother nucleus of 2-pyrazoline-5-one; B represents an aryl group which is substituted at 4th position thereof with an amino group having at least one of alkenyl, alkknyl or heterocyclic group or with a cyclic amino group; L.sub.1, L.sub.2 and L.sub.3 each represent a methine group; m is an integer of 0 or 1; wherein A contains a carboxyphenyl, sulfonaminodophenyl or aminosulfonylaminophenyl group. The compound is used in a filter layer in the photographic material.

    摘要: A silver halide photographic light sensitive material containing a water-soluble oxonol dye is disclosed. The dye is represented by the following Formula I: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group or a alkenyl group; R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are each a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an alkenyl group or a heterocyclic group provided that at least one of said R.sup.3 , R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 is a heterocyclic group and R.sup.3 and R.sup.4, and R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are respectively allowed to bond to form a heterocyclic ring; and the groups represented by said R.sup.1 through R.sup.6 are allowed to be substituted or unsubstituted provided that at least one of said groups a water-solubilizing group or a group having a water solubilizing group; L.sub.1, L.sub.2 and L.sub.3 are each a substituted or unsubstituted methine group; and n is an integer of zero, 1 or 2.
