摘要: The present invention provides a pancreatic islet isolation method comprising the steps of (1) injecting a protection solution containing a protease inhibitor into the pancreatic duct of an procured pancreas; (3) digesting the pancreas into which the protection solution has been injected; and (4) purifying the digested pancreatic tissue using a purification solution containing a density gradient reagent. The present invention also provides a protection solution for injection into the pancreatic duct, a pancreas preservation solution for the two-layer method, and an islet purification solution.

摘要: The present invention provides a liver preservation solution containing trehalose and dibutyryl-cAMP. The content of nitroglycerin in the preservation solution is preferably lower than 0.44 mM. In the liver preservation solution of the present invention, since the toxicity due to nitroglycerin, which is observed during liver preservation, has been improved, liver transplantation can be performed with a high engrafted rate.

摘要: In a mobile communication terminal device that obtains data including text or an image from an external server through a digital network, a display displays display data DD generated based on data in a first storage unit. A plurality of display modes are predetermined in a display mode switching unit. When instructed by a user while the display data is displayed on the display, the display mode switching unit switches the display mode according to a predetermined order. A display data generator generates the display data DD according to the next display mode. The display displays the display data DD generated by the display data generator. It is thus possible to provide a mobile communication terminal device capable of displaying data while switching among a plurality of display modes (character sets or image display forms) through simpler operation.

摘要: There is provided a communication system capable of reducing the burden of the terminal that is connected to the Internet via the communication network such as the mobile telephone network, whose security is ensured, and is used to carry out the electronic commerce and the banking service. An encryption communication request generating portion (101) of a client system (100) sends out a security request of a communication route to a gateway server unit (200), an encryption communication controlling portion (203) of the gateway server unit sets up encryption communication between a content server unit (300) and the gateway server unit in response to this, the content server unit encrypts data to be transmitted to the client system and then transmits it to the gateway server unit, and an encryption communication controlling portion of the gateway server unit decrypts this data and transmits it to the client system. Encryption/decryption processing systems are not needed in the client system and thus the burden can be reduced.

摘要: Disclosed is a migration communication control device constructed to control a continuous communication between a mobile node and a node unaffected the mobile node's migration. The migration communication control device comprises a first migration control unit, a second migration control unit on the mobile node, and a third migration control unit on the partner node. The first migration control unit comprises a packet transfer unit and an address post unit. The packet transfer unit receives a packet which was destined for an outdated address of the mobile node, generates a conversion packet which holds an updated address instead of the outdated address, and then transmits the conversion packet, while an address post unit transmits an address post message which indicates the updated address to the third migration control unit. The second migration control unit comprises a migration post unit and a packet resumption unit. The migration post unit transmits to the first migration control unit a migration post message which indicates the updated address when the mobile node migrates to another network while a packet resumption unit receives the conversion packet from both the first migration control unit and the third migration control unit and resumes an original packet from the conversion packet. The third migration control unit comprises a packet conversion unit which converts a destination address of a packet into the updated address, then transmits it to the mobile node.

摘要: Disclosed is a migration communication control device constructed to control a continuous communication between a mobile node and a node unaffected the mobile node's migration. The migration communication control device comprises a first migration control unit, a second migration control unit on the mobile node, and a third migration control unit on the partner node.
