摘要： A vaccine preparation comprising in combination a vaccine and a toxin or subunit thereof as an effective component. The toxin is preferably a bacterial toxin, e.g. cholera toxin, staphylococcal .alpha.-hemolysin, staphylococcal .delta.-hemolysin, vibrio thermostable direct hemolysin, pertussis toxin or E. coli heat-labile toxin. The toxin can be a B subunit or a part of a B subunit of a toxin. The vaccine can be influenza vaccine, pertussis vaccine, Japanese encephalitis vaccine, mixed vaccine of pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus toxoid, hepatitis B vaccine, rota vaccine, measles vaccine, rubella vaccine, mumps vaccine, combined vaccine of measles, rubella and mumps, or mycoplasma vaccine. The ratio of vaccine to toxin or subunit thereof is 1:0.0001-1:10,000 (w/v). The vaccine can be intranasal vaccine, or can be in injectable form, spray form or oral administration form.

摘要： The present invention uses LEDs as the light source in a optical printer employing a line scanning method in which an image is produced by relative motion of the light to a photosensitive medium. LEDs are arranged on a mounting substrate with LED pairs, each pair being of the same color, disposed symmetrically as to the center point of the line. Similarly, the power supply lead wires for the LEDs are also disposed symmetrically. In mounting the components on the mounting substrate, a light-intercepting material is used for intercepting light from the side faces of the LEDs.

摘要： It was found that a mutation of an amino acid at a specific position in the F protein of a morbillivirus induces a reduction in the cell-fusion ability. By introducing this mutation, a virus having a reduced cell-fusion ability can be produced. Thus, attenuated viruses useful in the preparation of vaccines can be easily produced.

摘要： The present invention employs LEDs and a liquid crystal shutter driven in synchronization with the position of the photosensitive paper, thereby eliminating image distortion even where the head of the optical printer apparatus is subjected to unanticipated load during scanning by the head. A rotary encoder (320) is provided on the rotating shaft of the motor (310) that drives the optical head (100), and the drive timing for the LEDs (110) and the liquid crystal shutter (150) is synchronized with the output of the rotary encoder.
