摘要： Disclosed herein is a method of making an amino acid construct for the treatment and/or prevention of sarbecovirus infections, comprising: a. comparing amino acid sequences from at least two different sarbecovirus spike proteins or fragments thereof; b. identifying identical amino acids in the sequences from the at least two different sarbecovirus spike proteins or fragments thereof; c. removing any different amino acids from the sequences of the at least two different sarbecovirus spike proteins or fragments thereof to identify a unique amino acid sequence; and d. forming the amino acid construct of the unique amino acid sequence wherein the amino acid construct has at least 90% sequence identity to the at least two different sarbecovirus spike proteins or fragments thereof. Also disclosed are amino acid sequences generated using the method of the invention.

Alternatively, when said polypeptide comprising an antigen binding domain is specific for a tag of a tagged polypeptide instead of the antigen binding domain specific for CD62L, wherein said tagged polypeptide binds specifically to CD62L, then the composition comprises further said tagged polypeptide.

摘要： The invention relates to recombinant measles virus expressing Immunodeficiency virus (IV) or HTLV polypeptides, and concerns in particular immunogenic immunodeficiency virus particles expressed by a measles virus and/or virus like particles (VLPs) that contain proteins of at least one immunodeficiency virus or Human T-lymphotropic virus. These particles may be recombinant infectious particles able to replicate in a host after an administration. The invention provides means, in particular nucleic acid constructs, vectors, cells and rescue systems to produce these recombinant infectious particles. The invention also relates to the use of these recombinant infectious particles, in particular under the form of a composition, more particularly in a vaccine formulation, for the treatment or prevention of an infection by HIV or HTLV.
