    摘要: The injection type nozzle of the present injection is a two-fluid pressure nozzle comprising a centrifugal pressure nozzle for spraying a feed liquid and a cylindrical pipe for blowing out a high-speed gas, provided around the centrifugal pressure nozzle, said two-fluid pressure nozzle having a tapered structure at the front end portion and said cylindrical pipe for blowing out a high-speed gas, having air-purging through-holes at the front end portion. The spray dryer of the present invention comprises a drying chamber, the above two-fluid pressure nozzle provided at the bottom of the drying chamber with the nozzle tip directed upward, an inlet for feeding a hot gas into the drying chamber, and an outlet for driving an exhaust gas out of the drying chamber. The spray dryer employing a closed system according to the present invention comprises a drying chamber, the above two-fluid pressure nozzle provided at the bottom or top of the drying chamber with the nozzle tip directed upward or downward, an inlet for feeding a hot gas into the drying chamber, and an outlet for driving an exhaust gas out of the drying chamber, in which spray dryer the hot gas for drying fed into the drying chamber and/or the high-speed gas for atomization is fed by circulating the whole or part of the exhaust gas after spray drying. In the two-fluid pressure nozzle of the present invention, diameters of droplets formed can be controlled by controlling the flow speed of the high-speed gas for atomization.

    摘要: A method and apparatus of cooling incinerator exhaust gas for a cleaning treatment of high temperature exhaust gas discharged from an incinerator of refuse and/or waste in a post-step are provided. A spray cooling chamber includes a chamber having a lower end portion formed into a nearly cylindrical shape of an inverted conical shape, a gas distribution chamber equipped with a revolving blade, arranged at an upstream side of the chamber, a sprayer of a cooling liquid arranged at central upper portion of the chamber, a dust exhaust port arranged at the lower end portion of the chamber, and an exhaust pipe arranged on the chamber. Waste heat recovery from exhaust gas is limited to a temperature range capable of suppressing generation of dioxins, and high temperature exhaust gas is rapidly cooled, particularly at a temperature drop rate such that the vicinity of 300.degree. C. is dropped in a short time within 1 second, so that exhaust concentration of dioxins from an incinerator plant can be decreased to 0.1 ng-TEQ/Nm.sup.3 or less.

    摘要: The present invention provides a spray-drying granulation apparatus having a chamber comprising (a) an upper section which is a spray-drying section for spraying a feed solution from a nozzle and drying the formed droplets with hot air and (b) a lower section which is a fluidized granulation section, in which apparatus there is used, as the nozzle for spraying a feed solution, a two-fluid pressure nozzle comprising a centrifugal pressure nozzle for spraying a feed solution and a cylindrical pipe for blowing out a high-speed gas, provided around the centrifugal pressure nozzle. This spray-drying granulation apparatus enables spraying of even a feed solution of large volume with only one nozzle. Further with the two-fluid pressure nozzle of the apparatus, there is no need of replacement of nozzle parts when the feed rate, concentration, viscosity, kind, etc. of the feed solution are changed greatly, because the diameters of droplets formed by spraying can be controlled by controlling the speed of the high-speed gas, while in the conventional nozzles the replacement of nozzle parts such as orifice, core and the like has been necessary when the above change is made.

    摘要: A spray-drying granulation apparatus having: a spray drying section formed in an upper position of a chamber wherein sprayed feed liquid particles are dried to powder by a hot-air; and a powder granulation section formed in a power position of the chamber, and provided with a nozzle for feeding a binder liquid. There is no need of maintaining sticky powder or completely dried powder to the lower section. The sprayed particles can be dried to powder in a wide drying range before they are granulated in the granulation section by a binder liquid. The degree of granulation can be selected as desired while preventing attachment of powder to the inner wall of the chamber due to incomplete drying.

    摘要: In conventional fluidized granulators whose housing is made of a steel plate, a powder tends to cause blocking if it is highly hygroscopic, and the bag filter used therein causes clogging. These problems have been solved in the present invention by forming the housing of a fluidized granulator with a porous membrane in place of the conventional steel plate. This fluidized granulator produces granules or a coated powder by spraying powder with water, a binder fluid or a coating fluid while maintaining the powder in a fluidized state.

    摘要: The spray drying process and the apparatus therefor, of the present invention use a spray drying chamber formed by a heat-resistant porous membrane. Said porous membrane enables rapid separation of a discharge gas and a produced powder and accordingly total recovery of the produced powder from the spray drying chamber.
