    摘要: The present invention relates to a N.sup.6,N.sup.6 -disubstituted-cyclic adenosine-3',5'-monophosphate represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R represents a linear alkyl group having 3 or more carbon atoms or a branched alkyl group having 4 or more carbon atoms, an aralkyl group or an alkenyl group; A.sup..sym. represents a hydrogen ion, an alkali metal ion, an alkaline earth metal ion, an ammonium ion or an organoammonium ion, or a salt thereof, and a cardiac composition comprising it as an effective component, and further includes a process for preparing a compound represented by the formula ##STR2## wherein R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group, an aralkyl group or an alkenyl group and A.sup..sym. has the same meanings as defined above, or a salt thereof, characterized in that a 2'-O-protected-cyclic adenosine-3',5'-monophosphate represented by the formula ##STR3## wherein Y represents a protecting group and A.sup..sym. has the same meanings as defined above, or a salt thereof is reacted with an organic halide represented by the formulaR.sub.1 X (III) wherein X represents a halogen atom and R.sub.1 has the same meanings as defined above, and the protecting group is then removed.

    摘要: A method for the preparation of an N.sup.6 -substituted 3',5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate or a salt thereof represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 represents a straight chain or branched chain alkyl group of 1 to 13 carbon atoms or an aromatic group and B.sym. represents a hydrogen ion or an alkali metal ion, which comprises allowing a 3',5'-cyclic adenosine monophosphate or a salt thereof represented by the general formula ##STR2## wherein A.sym. represents a hydrogen ion, alkali metal ion, organic ammonium ion, or ammonium ion, to react with an aldehyde represented by the general formulaR.sub.1 CHO (III)wherein R.sub.1 is as defined above, under the conditions such that pH is 7.0 or below, the temperature is -10.degree. to 120.degree. C., and the molar ratio of the compound (II) to the compound (III) is 1:1-40, and reducing the resulting compound with a metal hydride or nascent hydrogen.

    摘要: 3' ,5'-Cyclic-adenylic acid or 3' ,5'-cyclic-deoxadenylic acid can be obtained in a high purity and a high yield by adding a water-soluble organic solvent such as methyl alcohol, ethyl alcohol, n-propyl alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, tert-butyl alcohol, acetone, N,N'-dimethylformamide, dioxane, tetrahydrafuran, ethyleneglycolmonomethylether and the like singly or in combination to an aqueous solution containing as impurities one or more kinds of nucleotides other than 3' ,5'-cyclicadenylic acid and 3' ,5'-cyclic-deoxyadenylic acid, nucleosides, nucleobases, colored substances, proteins and the like in addition to 3' ,5'-cyclic-adenylic acid or 3', 5'-cyclic-deoxyadenylic acid.The said 3' ,5'-cyclic-adenylic acid or 3' ,5'-cyclic-deoxyadenylic acid are useful and valuable as a biochemical reagent.

    摘要: According to this invention are provided a method for determining an exo-type saccharide hydrolase activity which comprises adding to a sample a .beta.-maltoside derivative represented by the general formula ##STR1## wherein R is a chromophoric organic group, as a substrate, conducting reaction in the presence of a coupled enzyme, and optically determining the substance liberated, and a method for differentially determining glucoamylase and .alpha.-glucosidase activities which comprises adding, to a sample, the above .beta.-maltoside derivative as the first substrate and a coupled enzyme, and an .alpha.-glucoside derivative represented by the general formula ##STR2## wherein R' is a chromophoric organic group, as the second substrate, subjecting the mixtures to separate enzymatic reactions, and then optically quantitatively determine the substances liberated.
