    摘要: A stepping motor includes: a stator having main magnetic poles each having small stator teeth on its tip, a core-back portion that connects outer portions of the poles, and windings wound around the poles; and two sets of rotor units that are arranged in an axial direction and face the stator with an air gap therebetween. Each rotor unit consists of two rotor cores that are separated in the axial direction and a magnet sandwiched thereby and magnetized in the axial direction. Each rotor core has small rotor teeth around its outer surface. The rotor cores of each rotor unit are deviated by ½ pitch of the small rotor teeth, and the two rotor units are arranged to make the magnetic polarities of the small rotor teeth of the adjacent two rotor cores identical. A magnet thickness Tm and a rotor core thickness Tc satisfy 0.25≦Tm/Tc≦0.45.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of a hybrid permanent magnet type electric rotating machine including a stator that is constructed by winding excitation coils around respective main poles. A rotor is constructed by fixing a first rotor unit, which consists of a pair of rotor cores and a magnetic material sandwiched between the rotor cores, and a second rotor unit, which has the same construction as the first rotor unit, to a rotation shaft. The rotor is assembled to the stator to form an assembled body. The magnet material of the first rotor unit is magnetized in the axial direction by a magnetizing flux passing through a half of the assembled body in the axial direction. The magnet material of the second rotor unit is magnetized in the axial direction in an opposite polarity by a magnetizing flux passing through the remaining half of the assembled body in the axial direction.

    摘要: A permanent-magnet rotary electric machine preferably includes a stator and a rotor opposed thereto via an air gap. The stator includes a stator core having 4m (m is an integer equal to or larger than 2) main poles each having inductor teeth at a tip thereof. The rotor includes two rotor units adjacent to each other in the axial direction. Each rotor unit includes a pair of rotor magnetic poles and a permanent magnet arranged therebetween. The permanent magnets in the rotor are axially magnetized in opposite directions to each other. Each rotor magnetic pole has magnetic teeth on its outer periphery at a regular pitch. The rotor magnetic poles in each rotor unit are arranged such that the magnetic teeth of one rotor magnetic plate are offset by half a pitch from those of the other rotor magnetic pole, and the magnetic teeth of adjacent rotor magnetic poles are aligned with each other in the axial direction. The tooth pitch of the inductor teeth of each stator main pole is different from that of the magnetic teeth of the rotor magnetic pole to generate a fourth harmonic component of a permeance between the stator and the rotor zero.

    摘要: A stator of the stepping motor of the invention includes an annular shaped yoke portion, a stator iron-core having twelve stator main poles each having a plurality of small teeth on the tip end thereof and stator coils wound in the stator iron-core as three-phase winding. The stator rotatably supports a hybrid type rotor having a cylindrical permanent magnet that is sandwiched between a pair of rotors each having pole teeth around the circumferential surface to be opposite to the small teeth. Second, third, fourth and fifth harmonic components are removed by composing cogging torque of the respective phases by means of the three-phase twelve-pole construction. Any one harmonic component of the cogging torque among the second to fifth harmonic components is independently erased by making a difference between the small teeth pitch and the rotor teeth pitch, thereby the selected harmonic component is doubly erased.
