摘要: A manufacturing method of a hybrid permanent magnet type electric rotating machine including a stator that is constructed by winding excitation coils around respective main poles. A rotor is constructed by fixing a first rotor unit, which consists of a pair of rotor cores and a magnetic material sandwiched between the rotor cores, and a second rotor unit, which has the same construction as the first rotor unit, to a rotation shaft. The rotor is assembled to the stator to form an assembled body. The magnet material of the first rotor unit is magnetized in the axial direction by a magnetizing flux passing through a half of the assembled body in the axial direction. The magnet material of the second rotor unit is magnetized in the axial direction in an opposite polarity by a magnetizing flux passing through the remaining half of the assembled body in the axial direction.

摘要: A stepping motor includes: a stator having main magnetic poles each having small stator teeth on its tip, a core-back portion that connects outer portions of the poles, and windings wound around the poles; and two sets of rotor units that are arranged in an axial direction and face the stator with an air gap therebetween. Each rotor unit consists of two rotor cores that are separated in the axial direction and a magnet sandwiched thereby and magnetized in the axial direction. Each rotor core has small rotor teeth around its outer surface. The rotor cores of each rotor unit are deviated by ½ pitch of the small rotor teeth, and the two rotor units are arranged to make the magnetic polarities of the small rotor teeth of the adjacent two rotor cores identical. A magnet thickness Tm and a rotor core thickness Tc satisfy 0.25≦Tm/Tc≦0.45.

摘要: A cyclonic separator and a vacuum cleaner which efficiently separates dust, collect the dust without re-scattering it and make low noise are provided. In a primary cyclone portion 10, a primary swirl chamber 12 swirls air containing dust sucked from a primary inlet 11, and thereby, separates a first dust and a second dust from the air containing dust to collect them respectively in a zero-order dust case 114 which is provided at a side of the primary swirl chamber 12 and communicates with a zero-order opening portion 113 provided at a side wall, and a primary dust case 14 provided at a lower side of the primary swirl chamber 12. In a secondary cyclone portion 20, a secondary inlet 21 with an opening area smaller than that of a primary outlet body 15 sucks air exhausted from the primary outlet body 15, a secondary swirl chamber 22 swirls the first air to separate the second dust which is finer than the first dust from the first air to collect the second dust in a secondary dust case 24 provided at a lower side of the secondary swirl chamber 12. With regard to the cyclonic separator with such a configuration, the zero-order dust case 114 is formed to cover at least a part of the secondary cyclone portion 20.

摘要: In a graphic processing system, there are provided a main memory, a buffer containing a bit map memory for holding display data, a central processing unit for performing a data process involving a translation from a virtual address into a physical address so as to access the main memory, a graphic processor connected to the main memory and buffer, for processing data into a display form, and a system bus interface connected to the central processing unit, main memory and graphic processor, capable of exchanging the data among them. Furthermore, the graphic processing system includes a drawing processing unit connected to the system bus interface, for translating the virtual address into the physical address so as to access the main memory and to process the data, a bus arbitrator for performing arbitration between demands for using the interface given from the central processing unit and graphic processor, and a suspend circuit for asserting a signal requesting that the interface is released to the central processing unit.

摘要: A method of rendering an existing pipeline flexible, by cutting out an intermediate portion of a pipe in a ring form, inserting a pipe joint into a cutout position, and connecting the pipe joint to the pipe. The pipe joint used in this method includes a plurality of sleeves interconnected in a fluid-tight condition to be oscillatable relative to one another. The pipe joint is inserted into the cut-out position and connected to the pipe, with the plurality of sleeves substantially fixed to one another while being interconnected in the fluid-tight condition to be oscillatable relative to one another. The sleeves are thereafter released from the fixed state.
