摘要： A fuel cell includes first and second separators sandwiching a membrane electrode assembly. The first and second separators include first and second metal plates, first and second insulating bushings for positioning the first and second metal plates in alignment with each other, and first and second seal members formed integrally with the first and second metal plates. The first and second seal members are formed by injection molding on the first and second metal plates using the first and second insulating bushings as insert members.

摘要： A fuel cell stack includes a plurality of power generation cells stacked in a direction of gravity. In a cathode side separator of the power generation cell, an oxygen-containing gas discharge passage is connected to an oxygen-containing gas flow field, and a water guide member is provided for the oxygen-containing gas discharge passage for allowing condensed water to be directly dropped in the direction of gravity along the oxygen-containing gas discharge passage. The water guide member is a plate member protruding into the oxygen-containing gas discharge passage and inclined toward the direction of gravity.

摘要： An end plate of a fuel cell stack is directly fixed to a humidifier. A resin pipe is attached to an oxygen-containing gas outlet of an end plate through a resin coupling pipe. The resin pipe includes one end having a large diameter and the other end having a small diameter. The other end is provided at an off gas supply channel of the humidifier. The off gas supply channel includes an inclined channel. The other end extends up to an end of the inclined channel where inclination of the inclined channel is started. An off gas ejection port is formed at the other end. The off gas ejection port is opened to the end of the inclined channel where inclination is started. Condensed water returned along the inclined channel flows from the off gas ejection port into the resin pipe.

摘要： A fuel cell stack includes a plurality of unit cells each including a membrane electrode assembly and first and second metal separators sandwiching the membrane electrode assembly. The unit cells are stacked into a stack body, and the stack body is placed in a casing. Fluorocarbon resin sheets are provided between four sides of the stack body in parallel with the stacking direction of the stacked body and side plates of the casing, respectively. The fluorocarbon resin sheets fill gaps between stack body and inner surfaces of the casing.
