    摘要: This invention is designed to reduce a harsh noise, by suppressing a wind noise generated at a wind-receiving end, which is caused by forming the wind-receiving end of an outlet port for air so as to be parallel to a side extending along the direction of the rotation axis of a vane of an impeller. The wind-receiving end of the outlet port is provided in the form of steps or with inclination with respect to a side extending along the direction of the rotation axis of a vane of the impeller so that the wind sent and blown out by the vanes of the impeller is prevented from blowing against the wind-receiving end all at once throughout its entire width.

    摘要: An axial flow fan motor is provided with a motor housing that supports a bearing box. Bearings supported by the bearing box rotatably support a rotary shaft on which a yoke and an impeller are fixed. A U-letter shaped groove is provided on one portion of the motor housing, which is adapted to be engaged with a projection provided on an outer circumference on a PC board assembled with a control circuit. Since the PC board is securely positioned, the tip end of a probe of an automatic test machine can securely contact the terminal pin.

Resin covering this portion suppresses the generation of the electrostatic current at this portion.

    摘要: An apparatus for a serial ventilation device that increases airflow compared to conventional devices without increasing the size is presented. The first ventilator is mounted on the intake opening side of the serial ventilation device, with the front surface of its blades facing the air intake side. The second ventilator is mounted on the exhaust opening side of the serial ventilation device, with the front surface of its blades facing the air exhaust side. Thus a first ventilator, which ventilates from the rear side of the ventilator, and a second ventilator, which ventilates from the front side of the ventilator, operate as a whole. Both ventilators are connected serially such that their rotation shafts are positioned coaxially, while the number of blades of the two ventilators are different.

    摘要: A fan with increased air flow having a casing in which an air passage hole is formed. A motor is connected to this casing and is held in the center of the air passage hole by a motor base positioned within the air passage hole. Multiple blades are rotated by the motor and covey air from the air passage hole intake port side to the exhaust port side. The annular outer wall of the fan is inclined with respect to the center axis towards the air passage hole exhaust port. By this means, a fan is capable of attaining a greater airflow volume than conventional fans, while having the same outward shape as a conventional fan.

    摘要: An impeller arrangement in which adjacent blades (ventilating surfaces) are overlapped with each other as viewed in the axial direction is realized easily and cost-effectively even in a synthetic-resin-molded product. In an impeller for an axial flow type blower driven by an outer rotor type motor which is integrated to a rotatably supported shaft and a motor yoke to be rotated about the shaft around an outer side of a stator together with the motor yoke for ventilation, the impeller comprises a plurality of impellers (divided impellers, for example, a front side divided impeller and a rear side divided wheel), so that each of the divided impellers can be molded by a simple molding method using axially coupled type metal dies. By disposing the divided impellers in series, and setting suitable angular relation between the front side divided blade and the rear side divided blade about the axis in the disposing procedure of the divided impellers, the impeller obtained as a whole is arranged such that adjacent ventilating surfaces are overlapped with each other as viewed in the axial direction.

    摘要: In a relief printing plate according to an aspect of the present invention, the relief can be formed to have resistance to pressure applied to the apex thereof thanks to the depth (d) and the ridge tilt angle (x). In particular, the resistance to pressure against a relief serving as a highlight halftone dot can be improved to prevent the relief from falling over by the pressure applied to the apex of the relief. Thereby, the relief serving as a highlight halftone dot can be made not to be dipped in a cell of the ink roller (e.g., anilox roller).

    摘要: According to an aspect of the invention, on the relief printing plate where a relief serving as a halftone dot is formed on a surface of a plate material, an elliptical frustoconical relief is formed as the relief as well as the minor direction of the elliptical frustum matches the printing direction so that the longitudinal section of the relief in the same direction as in the printing direction is smaller than the longitudinal section of the relief in a direction orthogonal to the printing direction. Thereby, the relief having the aforementioned sectional shape has resistance to pressure as a whole of the relief as well as flexibility in the printing direction.
