摘要： The inside of a sealed container (50) of a horizontal scroll compressor is partitioned by a partition plate (80) into a space in which a compressor mechanism section and an electric motor are contained and into a discharge space (84) in which a discharge pipe (52) and an oil supply pump (70) are contained. An upper communication path (85) and a path guide member (81) are provided in the upper part of the partition plate, and a refrigerant gas passes through the upper communication path (85). The path guide member is located below the discharge pipe (52), is extended to a position near a side surface of the sealed container, and has a path area greater than the path area of the discharge pipe. The construction causes the refrigerant gas to collide with the side surface of the sealed container, promoting separation of oil, and even if the oil is re-dispersed by a gas flow, the construction reduces flow directly leading to the discharge pipe.

摘要： A scroll fluid machine comprises compression chambers defined with an orbiting scroll orbiting relative to a fixed scroll, and a back pressure chamber provided on the face opposite from a wrap of the orbiting scroll. A back pressure port is provided, which is formed in an end-plate of the orbiting scroll and connects from a compression chamber side opening opened to a compression chamber side and to a back pressure chamber side opening opened to a back pressure chamber side. The compression chamber side opening is opened and closed by an end-plate of the fixed scroll according as the orbiting motion of the orbiting scroll to perform connection and blockage of the back pressure port. The flow resistance of fluid flowing in and out between the back pressure chamber and the compression chamber is reduced and the compression efficiency and reliability are improved.

摘要： A closed type scroll compressor has a drive shaft supported by a frame through bearings lubricated with a lubricating oil supplied from an oil reservoir via a lubricating oil passage bore formed in the drive shaft. The end of the drive shaft in which the upstream end of the lubricating oil passage bore opens is connected to the oil reservoir through a joint tube which is supported by supporting structures including a combination of a spherical slide bearing and slide bearing and capable of taking up any mounting error or displacement of the drive shaft in any direction. The compressor can be assembled easily without any risk of uneven or local contact of each sliding portion.

The motor includes stator cores and having claw-type magnetic poles formed of a magnetic powder and circumferentially arranged in alternately meshed states, and annular coils and wound in a toric shape around the claw-type magnetic poles.
