摘要: Resolution and composition of electronic document layout are provided. An intermediate text data structure may be generated to hold a “resolved” rich text state for a given document. Properties contained in the “resolved” rich text state are a composite of all relevant properties including user defined and entered properties and including properties associated with the document according to a pre-built document context. This text body resolution process then may be utilized for generating a composite text layout for the text streams associated with a plurality of document components for generating a single rich text stream for presentation to and editing by a user.

摘要: Highlighting selected objects in an electronic document is provided in a manner such that a highlighted object maintains coloring and formatting properties to allow for a maintenance of visual fidelity with a pre-highlighted view of the highlighted object and that allows for a semi-transparent background underneath a highlighted object that allows a user to see and appreciate the coloring and any visual properties applied to the background underneath the highlighting applied to the selected object.

摘要: A combination of mulch and sterilized organic fertilizer is provided for hydro seeding and hydro-mulching for seed establishment and erosion control. The composition includes hammer milled straw, horse manure and urine, sterilized with heat and processed to provide an optimal particle size. The incorporation of horse manure utilizes a dispersible natural fertilizer collected and processed within a certain time frame which provides an efficient method of recycling “green” horse manure” and liquid waste having a higher acidity than decomposed animal waste. Tackifiers and flocculants such as ground paper aid pumpability and help tack the straw fibers to the ground. The equipment includes a gas heat source, a dryer vessel and a processing unit. The dryer vessel receives the bedding composed of straw and manure for contact with the heated gases to convert the same to a sterilized dry material.

摘要: An irreversible label or indicator of whether a surface or object has received microwave exposure and to delineate microwave heating or oven heating. Because microwave cooking has become an ubiquitous method for food preparation, and that energy and power in a microwave oven can vary from one unit to another, and within the spatial volume of the appliance, it is desirable to have a dynamic indicator that can provide an effective indicator of microwave exposure under such conditions.

摘要: An inexpensive reusable device for measuring the temperature distribution in a substrate, such as meat, poultry, or fish, is disclosed. The device is easy to read, fast and convenient and low in cost without the use of batteries. The device, which utilizes thermochromic materials mounted on one or more metal carriers, can be inserted into or placed in contact with the substrate for determining the temperature gradient across the substrate.

摘要: A system and related techniques generate a unified representation of graphical representations, such as documents, graphic images or others, for displaying on a display screen, printing on a printer, faxing via a facsimile machine or outputting in other ways. In embodiments a media integration layer, which may reside in the operating system level, may generate renderings from graphics primitives, and send that rendering via a mediation engine to a device driver, for instance a print engine located in a printer. The device engine may return a preview of the output representation to the media integration layer for adjustments or to accept and print the output, all without a necessity for or reliance upon a device-specific driver in the operating system. Since both the display screen and the output device operate off of the same base representation, neither the display nor output device needs to attempt to emulate the output characteristics of the other, and screen-to-print uniformity may be enhanced.
