摘要: An electrode belt is provided for carrying out electrodiagnostic procedures on the human body. The electrode belt includes a belt (2), which is formed at least partially of an elastic material and surrounds the body of a test subject. A plurality of electrodes, are mechanically connected to the belt and are in flat contact with the body of the test subject. At least one contact passes from the electrodes through the belt (2) and is connected to a connection element (11), which is connected to a lead each of a multicore cable (6). Such an electrode belt offers marked advantages in terms of handling along with increased safety from movement artifacts.

摘要: An electroimpedance tomograph is provided with a plurality of electrodes placed on a body, measuring circuits that process the voltage signals recorded by the electrodes, and a control unit that supplies two, preferably adjacent electrodes each with an alternating current. The control unit has a preset feed frequency performed in different states and different preset feed frequencies performed at different frequencies. The control unit processes the processed voltage signals of all other electrodes to reconstruct the impedance distribution of the body in the electrode plane. To make the EIT more insensitive to electromagnetic interferences, the control unit provides for an automatic setting of the current feed frequency/frequencies to record a background frequency spectrum by detecting the electrode voltage signals over a preset period of time and record them as a voltage time series and transform them into a frequency spectrum. The control unit searches in the background frequency spectrum for a frequency (different states) or frequencies (different frequencies) that leads to a useful signal to background ratio above a preset threshold value when used as a feed frequency.

摘要: An electroimpedance tomograph with a plurality of electrodes (1) is provided, which can be placed on the body of a patient and are connected via a selector switch (60) with a control and evaluating unit (20). The control and evaluating unit (20) cooperates with the selector switch (60) such that two electrodes each are supplied with an alternating current from an AC power source (22) and the detected analog voltage signals of the other electrodes are processed in order to reconstruct therefrom the impedance distribution of the body in the plane of the electrodes, wherein a symmetrical AC power source is used to reduce common-mode signals. To further suppress interferences due to common-mode signals, provisions are made for the control and evaluating unit (20) to be set up, furthermore, for detuning the common-mode signal of the alternating current on the body against the ground by means of a common-mode signal measuring electrode (4) and, based on this, the symmetry of the symmetrical AC power source such that the common-mode signal on the body is minimized, and the corresponding detuning parameters are stored for each electrode pair.

The control and evaluating unit (20) cooperates with the selector switch (60) such that two electrodes each are supplied with alternating current from an AC power source (22). The detected analog voltage signals of the other electrodes are sent into the control and evaluating unit (20) via a measuring amplifier (62) and AD converter (64) and are processed there in order to reconstruct the impedance distribution of the body in the plane of the electrodes therefrom. A symmetrical AC power source (22) is used to reduce common-mode signals. To make it possible to suppress errors due to common-mode signals, provisions are made for the control and evaluating unit (20) to be set up for making available an additional common-mode signal at an output during an adjusting mode of operation and to send it to the body via common-mode signal electrodes (4, 90) that can be placed on the body. The control and evaluating unit (20) is prepared, furthermore, to adjust the measuring amplifier (62) according to value and phase for each electrode pair connected by the selector switch (60) such that the common-mode signal at the output of the measuring amplifier (62) is minimized, and the adjusted parameters are stored for each electrode pair.

摘要: A light-emitting device capable of generating omnidirectional light utilizing a reflector is disclosed. The light-emitting device, in one aspect, includes a light emitting diode (“LED”) package, a light reflector, and a shell. The LED package, which is mounted on a plate, generates a forward light cone by converting electrical energy to optical energy. The light reflector can be formed with various different shapes that can be placed adjacent to the LED package. A function of the light reflector is to redistribute at least a portion of the forward light cone whereby the overall light illuminated by the light-emitting device complies with LM79 specifications. The shell is used to enclose the LED package and the light reflector and configured to illuminate light in omnidirectional radiation in response to the forward light cone.
